I bought a car at Oct 2016, after 40 miles I Started getting problems with clutch so I took car back to the dealer and . i asked him for a spare car. he offered me Red Astra that almost cost me and my family a life on motorway to Glasgow front bonnet opened and smashed front window when I was overtaking a LGV at 70 mph. / Regarding my clutch hey took the car back in For almost 3 weeks and he told me that he replaced clutch .after 4 k clutch broke again.

Tried to buy car from here but from the start I shouldn't have bothered , first car needs part then wrong part sent then mechanic goes on hols for 2 weeks then once he gets back my car gets bumped down list due to priority jobs then they can't reset the system so waited on kia specialist to bring his magic machine to fix it he didn't . This all took over a month plus Sean told me to hire a car for a trip I had booked to England and he would pay for this . Well he didn't and I'm out of pocket 180 £££ ,don't trust this garage and don't buy car from them .

Bought a 2006 Sri vauhall astra from here a couple of months ago. Started getting problems with clutch. They took the car back in and he told me car had a new clutch and flywheel fitted. I like an idiot believed him. So two months later I was driving back from Perth to livingston. And car broke down. Took car to a local garage and they say clutch and flywheel has gone Costing 700 pounds to fix. Avoid this garage. As they are fixing cars up temporarily just to get them out the door. And by the way when they apparently fixed my car the first time I got it back minus my phone charger. So they're a bunch of thieves as well. AVOID. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I bought a car from Meadowbank Car Sales which was given to me with malfunctioning brakes which almost caused me to crash half an hour after I picked it up from the garage. From then it has been endless excuses, not answering the phone, not calling back. When I asked for a refund after they proved unable to repair the car at all, the seller wanted to push me into buy another car claiming he couldn't give me my money back. He became aggressive when I told him I didn't want another car because at that stage I had lost trust in him. He told me I couldn't get my money back, he yelled at me in more than one occasion and became threatening. Eventually, after endless discussions and sustaining his abuses, I managed to get the money back. I had a terrible experience with this dealer which I would not recommend to anyone. Seen the other reviews and having heard from other people, this seems to be how they operate. STAY AWAY!! You're not going to only risk your money and a lot of time, but mostly the cars they sell are completely unfit for hitting the road. DANGEROUS!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM MEADOWBANK CAR SALES LTD! Bought a car in April and had a few problems, took it back and they said they would fix it. 3 days later I had to pick it up because I needed it for work and nothing was done. Took it back and asked for a refund, they said they would fix it and offered me a courtesy car (that had no tax!) after having it for a further 4 days they done nothing again and also made me pay and extra £150 then tried to claim I damaged the courtesy car even tho I stated I hadn't driven it as there was no tax! Absolutely horrible place, stay away from them.

Do not buy from Meadowbank Car Sales, all the cars are poorly patched up and sent out to customers, I purchased a BMW 3 series and the clutch went 2 days (20miles) later. He said that Clutch was down to wear and tear and refused to replace it. BOUGHT A CAR ON 7TH DEC 16, ON 28TH DEC WENT ON FIRE ON A92 WAS IN COURIER PAPER ME WIFE AND TWO CHILDREN NEARLY DIED WHEN CAR BURST INTO FLAMES. MEADOWBANK CAR SALES SAID THE CAR WAS FINE AND PROMISED THE WORLD AND GAVE NOTHING. IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY BUT HE DOESN'T CARE. STAY AWAY, CARS ARE NOT FIT TO BE ON ROAD CHECK MY STORY AND TAKE CARE.
