great customer service and very friendly staff👍

I recently moved to Congleton from Manchester and needed a full service on my vehicle. I went to Medlicott who did a lot of work for me. There has been an issue with the lights, which I tried to fix myself and the guy also gave it a go. However, I will have to take it back some other time when I am free as I believe it is an issue with the wiring. I am still very pleased with everything the guys did for me. All the staff seemed friendly and I am 100% using them again. No complaints.

Great garage, they got me booked in within two days and fixed all the issues I had to a great standard. There was no drama at all and I think they are fairly priced for the work they do, with no trying to get more money out of you or bringing up other issues. Everyone was very honest and nice. It is also convenient for me since I am local, so I would definitely recommend people in the area to go here. I will be returning if I ever have any further issues.

I've used Medlicott Motors Ltd twice before and the service is always first class. I had Oil & Filter Service & Supply & Fit Rear Brake Discs & Pads all done at the start of May and I'm getting on fine with the work that was carried out. Ill be going back to them next year.

Last month I had my Brake fluid changed and I'm happy with the work that was carried out. James (the mechanic) was transparent with his prices before going ahead with the work.

The work was carried out very quickly at a reasonable cost James is very easy to discuss any concerns with overall I was very happy with the service and would recommend this company
