I recently got a diagnostic done at Medlicott, and I am pleased with the experience I had. They have a great reception team that was always quick to respond and made customers feel welcome. I did have one issue with an electrical part being ordered, which turned out to be the wrong one. However, the communication was always clear, and they sorted this out really quickly, with no hassle at all.

First time going to Medlicott Motors, James is who I dealt with, it was brilliant customer service and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I got booked in with no problems at all, and they got the work done as quickly as they could as there was a few parts that needed ordering in. There was great communication throughout and I haven't had any further issues with my vehicle since. I have already recommended Medlicott to others who are taking their car in for an MOT.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Medlicott for some time. James is always providing the best service. He is the best in the area. I took my car in for an oil & filter service, MOT, and to supply & fit a starter motor. James fit me in quickly, and everything was done to the highest standard. I am very happy with it all. The prices at Medlicott are very reasonable, and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

We'd just moved to Congleton under a week prior and our BMW developed a rear suspension issue, something we didn't need, especially as we were due to travel south with family for a short break in a fortnight. I happened across Medlicott Motors by chance due to its location to our new address and what a relief that was. I explained to the mechanic who welcomed me (Jamie) what my issue was and he was amazing. So knowledgeable, reassuring and accommodating. Within days the car was in for diagnosis and, after a brief phone call to explain, the work was completed within hours. I cannot recommend this garage enough for their expertise and compassion. If I understood Jamie correctly, they ARE authorised BMW repairers, possibly other too, I don't know, which was very reassuring and with great relief I now have somewhere close and reliable to take care of all our servicing and repair needs going forwards. To look at, a very unassuming business, but they really know what they're doing which is what matters. I would rate the business as a 5 and I intend to use the garage for all service requirements going forward.

I went to Medlicott to get a radio fitted, and i am very happy with the service, I am happy that it is working thanks to Medlicott. I felt I was waiting a little bit however I cannot complain everyone was lovely and I felt it was reasonable priced. I found the Garage as I live in congleton and I was looking for somewhere that dealt with electric vehicles. I would recommend.

I went to Medlicott to get a number of things fixed. I have an electric vehicle, so I was looking for somewhere that specializes in this. James at Medlicott explained that he works with electric vehicles. He sorted everything out for me, and I have not had any problems since. I will definitely be using Medlicott again if I ever need to. Highly recommend for electric vehicles.

I would give 5/5 for my experience on the day.. the guy on reception was polite and the service was efficient. I may add the lady on reception when booking wasn't the best!

Really great, quick service from the guys at Medlicott. Highly recommend! I found them through a quick Google search while looking for somewhere close to me to take my car for diagnostics, and they fitted me in quickly. They weren't pushy in trying to get us to do anything we didn't want to, and they ran everything by us. Brilliant garage.
