Booked in for mot and was left in lounge for two hours when I enquired how much longer car was ready in 10 minutes and I was told car parked in lobby and paperwork to follow by e Mail. Did not find out I had failed until I got home as no one there mentioned it. I would seriously avoid having work done at this dealership part of Hendon group.

The customer service of this branch is shocking, if you need anything fixed trust and believe they will not only be unhelpful but also do everything in their power to waste your time. I’ve have battled with this branch since August to get a recall fixed, the first time I got it booked in by phone for December, arrived at branch at 8am from Essex and the staff said there was no record of it in their system. They rebooked it for February, I asked for a confirmation in December (since I needed to be sure this time) lo and behold as of the day before I still have nothing the day before my supposed appointment. I called up and customer service were no helpful, save your time and go elsewhere.

Every time I take my car in for a service or for maintenance the team are always super friendly and efficient with keeping me up-to-date with the progress of the work. Thanks so much!

Mercedes software scam Mercedes the scammers, Hi we been loyal to Mercedes Benz since 2007 and always bought our car from this brand and we experienced any car before 2015 was reliable and strong as we own 7 (seven)different Mercedes between 2007 - 2015 which was ML, SLK, C class coupe, etc which use to have less technology & but we risk our life on several occasions on motorway since software involved in the cars after any model of 2016 since they introduced the software and technology in car its more like the car is no more car and it is laptop so they can install the virus in the car and control your car with the GPS systems, software and sim card fitted in the car so they can manipulate the cars and make you spend as much as they want that is what exactly happened to me in my Mercedes the E class 2017 premium plus when my car just driven 30000 miles and was just 2 years old in 2019 December the car shown me in gear 4 & onwards but it was rolling into the neutral some how I managed to get the car to Mercedes Benz of Dartford, I was promised by the service manager Sarfaraz Navroz that the gear box looks faulty and it is manufacturer fault and they will book the car in but unluckily the Coronavirus Lockdown begun and everything was closed, than when the lockdown open I booked the car in and and they connected to the computer update the software and the car was driving back to normal was told to replace the gear box which will cost £ 8000 but they have to service the gear box and than they think it might be the issue so I did get my gear box services, the car was running good but than after 65000 miles same problem occurred and we nearly lost our life on motorway so after all this hard time we decided to never trust this disgusting brand as they are fraud and controlling cars through software and risking peoples life just for their brand benefits and money, I wish I would of never owned their car as experienced they are scammer and fraud brand since the control car through software.
