Purchased my ex demo cla electric 250+ from Mercedes Dartford sept 2026 Sale executive Billy was exceptional from start to finish with sale. He was very professional, friendly and went over and above all my expectations. He even picked me up at Dartford train station. I made my journey from Dunfermline Scotland 420 miles by train, then picked my new car up and drove home 432 miles.this gentleman should be recognised for his excellent service/work. Great service from the technician who helped me with my car yesterday at Dartford Mercedes

I received a recall letter from Mercedes UK regarding a recall issue on the A class. Booked in for the correction, And what an appalling service from start to finish! Rude, unfriendly staff, to the point I wanted to covertly record them to send to HR so they could see with their own eyes how appalling their representatives are. Secret boss you need to go there!! They also forgot my car had been finished and left me sitting in reception for TWO AND A HALF HOURS after being told it will take 30mins and this was after I asked them twice when will it be ready. I'm emailing head office. Dreadful. Zero stars.

Booked in for mot and was left in lounge for two hours when I enquired how much longer car was ready in 10 minutes and I was told car parked in lobby and paperwork to follow by e Mail. Did not find out I had failed until I got home as no one there mentioned it. I would seriously avoid having work done at this dealership part of Hendon group.

The customer service of this branch is shocking, if you need anything fixed trust and believe they will not only be unhelpful but also do everything in their power to waste your time. I’ve have battled with this branch since August to get a recall fixed, the first time I got it booked in by phone for December, arrived at branch at 8am from Essex and the staff said there was no record of it in their system. They rebooked it for February, I asked for a confirmation in December (since I needed to be sure this time) lo and behold as of the day before I still have nothing the day before my supposed appointment. I called up and customer service were no helpful, save your time and go elsewhere.

Every time I take my car in for a service or for maintenance the team are always super friendly and efficient with keeping me up-to-date with the progress of the work. Thanks so much!
