Having contacted the Solihull Branch for a part exchange today, when I questioned the value being offered for my vehicle, they called me back and offered an extra 1000 pound. This is a clear indicator to me that the Manager would have taken my car for far less than value, and then when challenged, miraculously was able to increase the price offered. Totally disingenuous in my view, and not the type of business or ethics that I would wish to deal with,

Without a doubt this is the worst experience I have ever encountered buying a used car from an Authorised dealer. Prices are reasonable but this is intentional to sell a car of a lower quality knowing they can push the fixes to warranty and not take any ownership. Use another Mercedes Dealer to buy your car and part with your hard worked cash with a more trust worthy establishment.

Absolutely Shambles, nobody has any clue, what's going on, I booked my Mercedes E class AMG for a health check over the phone, and the day before my appointment, I received a call from their service team to let me know that they had a network issue and now they wanted to reschedule my appointment for a different date which I did over the phone but later on evening time I started receiving text messages to check in, I ignored messages initially but messages couldn't stop, I rang up this morning to explain what I was told over the phone and my appointment was rescheduled for a different date, they said, no they don't have this information on their system and they are expecting me to turn up for the appointment. I cancelled my work and turned up on site, everything was running smoothly, once again I made the receptionist staff aware that I received a call yesterday and my appointment was rearranged for a different date, the receptionist staff said no I need to check in, they don't have any new information, they made me to check in and I left the key with them, I left the place and on my way back to home I received a voicemail message that I need to come back to collect my car, they can't see me until the next appointment date. I don't think that there was anything wrong with their network, I reckon there is a method to someone's madness, they probably wanted to book someone else in. They need to get their act together, as right now everyone seems to be on a different plannet.

I regret dropping my car off. I was called after I dropped my car that I wasn’t going to get my car the next day, I wasn’t happy but happy but it was bearable. Before the day ended I tried to call and was on wait for 45 mins with no answer. The day has ended and I haven’t had a call back or any update of my car!

Please stay away from this branch totally fraud , they took my money £1000 , had to return 5 weeks ago but still money in no where , stay away from salesman Ben , he is totally fraud

Booked my car in for fault with window at 8am. I was told at 4.30 that they haven't had a chance to look at my car and asked if I could leave with them for an extra day. Kicked off and they finally took a look to discover I did have a fault and have to re-book to replace a window seal on a new car. Still waiting for a call back from manager Matthew Tuffy who is never in or very busy. So disappointed.

Fantastic service exceptional quality of service provided. A Mr Brian Blake dealt with me and even provided a taxi to the train station after dropping off my car, above and beyond any other dealer experience, kept updated and vehicle ready when they said it would be Would definitely recommend Mercedes Solihull.

I had several problems with the car including the air conditioning which has been "repaired" twice and it's still not working properly,the seat belt ,the navigation,the back seats can be folded only when they want to..I have to try several times and if I am lucky enough they will fold .. long story short I ve complained a few times and I be been told that it's normal with new models as haven't been tested enough,which they ve should tell me at the beginning because I wouldn't choose this model...not to mention that they were answering my emails when I was thinking to buy a car but when was time to complain about my car they wouldn't answer and after a few calls they were sending me to a different department ..almost a year since I be brought it and I still go to the service because it's still not working properly. I enquired on Friday about a E63 estate in stock, Simon in sales took all of my part exchanged details, but never then called back over the weekend. On Tuesday, I called again aand was advised that the car was sold - dissapointingly really as I was awaiting a call. Asked Simon to ring me - and he never did and called again yesterday and asked to speak to him - he was engaged but again never called back - very shoddy expriance and you expect better!

Bought used a 45amg from the Mercedes Birmingham dealership, sales experience was excellent , but had problem with squeaking brakes made numerous emails but was getting ignored , was told 3 weeks later this is normal for brakes to squeak on the amg model, service department and management very poor after sales , katey in sales very professional but rest don't bother with.
