After years of average service they managed to make a new all time low Car was recovered in on Saturday - on Monday received a call telling us that there was AdBlue in the fuel system and quoted £17,300 to replace the complete fuel system (car is worth about £15,000) Got a company called Fue Fixer there within the hour and within 20 minutes they diagnosed water in the fuel tank - within the hour the car was drained, flushed and refuelled and back up and running perfectly - the cost was 6% of the Mercedes garage quote - will never be going back again

Rarely in business do you find individuals that really understand the "Life Time Value of a Customer". I feel the service team and especially Lewis have this understanding. Although I had a repeat air conditioning problem on an S Class I found the level of communication, genuine care, solutions in replacement car, preparation of my car exemplary. From what should have been a negative mark against the car and brand not just neutralised but turned into a positive experience of brand loyalty.

I contacted Mercedes Tamworth as a cash buyer, interested in purchasing a nearly new S-Class. I received a call back the following day from someone who spoke quickly and incoherently, but I did make out that his Sales' Manager was on the case and would be in touch in the next day or so with some options. I then heard nothing until I received a phone call exactly one month later asking whether I was still interested in purchasing a vehicle - by which time I had sourced one elsewhere. This dealership is obviously incapable of doing business.

If you are considering buying a car from Mercedes Tamworth. I would recommend that you go elsewhere. In over 30 years of buying new cars including Mercedes this is the worst customer experience I have ever had. On Collection of my new C Class coupe earlier this year, I noticed an extreme grinding sound from the brakes. I was told it would go after 1000 miles and if it didn't it would be rectified under warranty and that they would "look after me". After three extended visits to the workshop the issue has not been resolved, together with other faults that I have taken the car in for. I advised them that I want to reject the car as it is not to the standard that I expect from a new car, but they are refusing, saying that ALL Mercedes make this braking noise, (not the case in the two courtesy cars they loaned me) and are now going back on their original promise to rectify. Disgraceful. Add to that the inability of the dealer principal to return calls. Terrible service and absolutely no concern regarding their reputation damage due to broken promises and commitments. BE WARNED!!

Called in on Easter weekend to look into purchasing a E Class new model. So I’m looking to let go of £30k plus. I asked if I could look around one in stock sat outside. Response from a member of staff was..... it’s not that simple!!!! We have new and used staff to deal with people. After they left me standing to go and get someone. 10 minutes later I left the dealership and will never return to this dealer or this brand. The BMW dealer were great and helpful. Guess what I’m buying in the next two months

I was very dissappointed with the poor service that I received from this garage. I called up to find out some specific information in relation to a particular car. When speaking to the representative on the phone she did not know the detail so informed me that she would find out from the service department and get back to me later that day. Unfortunately I never received a phone call from the garage so decided to go to the garage in person a few days later. When going to the garage I was asked to wait until a sales representative was available, while I was waiting, my details were taken down. After some time I was informed that no one was available to assist me at the current time but as they have my details they will be in contact either later that day or the following day. Again I never received a return phone call. Given that I was only after some basic information (which is not available on Mercedes' website) I felt this could have been dealt with in a much better way, I would not recommend this garage to anyone and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
