Mercedes Benz really have gone down in service over the years, not only the employees are incompetent, they literally don’t give a shit about you once they’ve made a sale, head office is also just as ridiculous. Their making more and more cars with manufacturing faults. They found a common manufacturers fault with my car and refused to change the £30 component, instead they were quoting 20x the price to fix it. Literally buy your cars elsewhere or second hand it isn’t worth the hassle this dealership causes.

After the sale Mercedes Waltham Cross just don't give a dam about you, they never return your calls brought a car in less than a month I have had serval issues with the car already, so embarrassing to keep calling and going in about a car you brought for like 18k never ever will purchase a car from there again. Worst place to buy car from Tipo is very rude after and lies again and again non stop just want to sell but after sales don't really care, i bought c220 amg line premium plus from them on 23th Jan 2017 was happy with purchase but there was few scratches on car and bumpers he promised this will be fixed on collection 28th Jan 2017 but nothing was fixed he then again promised that we will book you in for 4th Feb 2017 i went today 9.30 but he didn't really care poor after sales don't care about customer all he care about sales sales and selling more cars and this is the worst service I have ever had. Worst person I have ever dealt with avoid at all costs! It's a real shame they employ staff that lie to customers.
