I have recently purchased a van from Mews Motor Company and found the whole process very straight forward. The communication was great throughout and I am very happy with my new van.

As others have said - I would also advise to AVOID at all costs. I spent a lot of money on a van from Mews last year. Problems from the point of delivery. I’ve spent thousands of pounds having van inspections and repairs and now expensive legal fees to bring a court case against Mews as they won’t issue a refund and haven’t responded to legal letters or requests from my solicitor. In the mean time I’ve been left with a vehicle that doesn’t work/can’t be driven as dangerous, so no form of transport. Complete nightmare and stress I could seriously do without.

Avoid buying ‘sight unseen’. My daughter has had to replace a gearbox, plus an aircon pump. The pointless warranty doesn’t cover anything and total silence from the company once they’ve got your money. Avoid like the plague if possible.

I would avoid. I brought a car from David the director seemed nice enough when picked up the car nothing was ready warranty wasnt ready, didnt have the spare key, didnt put the fuel in the car as agreed on sale. I had to put it myself and wait for the money to be refunded. Now the car has had problems since purchase and he doesn't want to know. He has blocked my number and wont help with the car. I am going down the rejection route and taking him to court I would urge anyone NOT to buy a car from here its not worth the hassle and the stress he has caused AVOID AVOID

I bought a van for work and am very happy. There was loads of choice and it came with 6 months warranty and 12 months AA cover which I think is brilliant.
