A letter to Imran Komal I regret to inform you that the car that you sold me was not fit for purpose. It has been either accelerating suddenly and has been difficult to control. This problem has put my life in danger in many occasions. (Also the driver's mirror got loose as soon as I started driving. This costs to repair/ change the mirror is £60). The engine did not start and the car has been repaired once due to a gearbox problem on 14/01/2023 cost me £240. Then the same gearbox problem has occurred again recently. The engine does not start. The gearbox might need to be changed. I am waiting the repair's report. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, this car should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the car you sold me was faulty/did not match the description. I would like you to put this right by repairing the car at your cost and cover the previous repair too. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards

I bought a Ford Focus 2012 yesterday and I'm really happy with the drive. As 83000 miles was on the clock thankfully MF car sales has replaced the timing belt as well. After all I have being offered a friendly and flexible service and infact I can recommend Imran to any of my friends.

An extremely approachable and friendly chap who put no pressure on the sale whatsoever. Imran is honest and a pleasure to deal with. I even ran out of fuel on my way home and Imran came out with a can of fuel and got us back on the road, above and beyond what a car dealer would do. I would definitely recommend to friends.

From the get go Imran was helpful, friendly and easy going! Not once did i feel as if i was being pushed to buy and the whole process was really great! He even accommodated me by making the car available to view later at night as i had to finish work then travel! You honestly wont find a friendlier car salesmen who really just wants the best for his customers! The car itself, a Ford Kuga is brilliant and was exactly as stated minus a couple of age related marks that are obviously to be expected but he also gives really good peace of mind with his warranty aswell! Overall if i could give Imran more than 5 stars i would just because he was a really nice bloke and very helpful Highly recommend and should the need arise again I’ll definitely check out Imrans stock first!
