I’ve had the Audi A6 for about a month now and I’m really enjoying it – it’s a lovely car. The team at Midlands Autohaus were great too, and Theo made sure the whole buying process was really easy. All in all a good experience.

All’s good with my Renault Clio – I went to the dealership, had a test drive, and pretty much bought it on the spot. They did accidentally misspell my name on the V5, but aside from that, I can’t fault them. The car’s running great and I’m really happy with the service at Midlands Autohaus.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Theo for all his help when I bought my lovely little C1 last month. He was honestly amazing, and I absolutely LOVE the car – it’s totally me! The only slight downside was the delay with delivery. I know it was handled by a third party, so not really Midlands Autohaus fault, but the communication around it could’ve been a bit better. That said, I'm really happy overall and would definitely recommend Theo to others - He definitely deserves 10/10!

Can't fault the aftersales support I received from Theo. My 1 series had a faulty window switch which was diagnosed by a local repair garage. They said the whole switch unit needed replacing, so I contacted Midlands Autohaus and they ordered the part for me no questions asked. I drove over to get it fitted which took a matter of minutes, and everything's been sweet since.

I hadn’t come across this dealership before but found them on Auto Trader when I enquired about a Seat Leon. From the first call to collecting the car Charlie and the team were brilliant to deal with. The car’s been great and I’ve no reason not to rate them 5/5.

I really can't fault the guys at Midlands Autohaus. I bought my Kia Sportage during the recent hot spell, but they managed to get everything sorted for me as quickly as possible which was very much appreciated. The guys I dealt with were both super lovely and really helpful, and I'd like to thank them for making the whole thing so easy and enjoyable!

I purchased a car back in April and was promised the faults would be fixed by the time I collected the car, but none were fixed and an oil leak was exposed this was also promised as a free repair but after it was completed the car was worse off and broke down after 2 days of driving. I’ve complained and asked for a refund but I’ve had no luck and been blanked ever since I made contact with the company. The car I part exchanged was seized by the police and I received the letter in the post which was another stressful matter. I would recommend reading the reviews scattered around social media. Please do your research as I wish I had
