I would give Midland Autohaus 4 stars. My experience was not too bad, with a few small issues, but nothing major, and the car has been okay so far.

Since I purchased the Kia Sportage, it has been going really well. We completed the buying process online and had the car delivered, as we did not have a car at the time. Overall, it was easy, and we didn’t have any issues. The only thing stopping me from giving full marks is that there were a few extra miles on the car than advertised, but it wouldn’t stop me from using them again in the future.

I was really happy with my experience at Midlands Autohaus. Other than a slight knocking sound, which I am going to contact the dealership about, the car has been driving well. I would give them 5 out of 5.

I thought the service was good, and I have had no problems with the car. The only criticism I have is that I think the interior could have been cleaned a bit more, but other than that, everything was fine.

I purchased a Ford EcoSport back in July, and it has been great ever since. I did not go to the dealership, it was dropped off to me. The gentleman who delivered it was nice and friendly, and the process went smoothly, just as I had hoped.

I’ve had the Audi A6 for about a month now and I’m really enjoying it – it’s a lovely car. The team at Midlands Autohaus were great too, and Theo made sure the whole buying process was really easy. All in all a good experience.

All’s good with my Renault Clio – I went to the dealership, had a test drive, and pretty much bought it on the spot. They did accidentally misspell my name on the V5, but aside from that, I can’t fault them. The car’s running great and I’m really happy with the service at Midlands Autohaus.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Theo for all his help when I bought my lovely little C1 last month. He was honestly amazing, and I absolutely LOVE the car – it’s totally me! The only slight downside was the delay with delivery. I know it was handled by a third party, so not really Midlands Autohaus fault, but the communication around it could’ve been a bit better. That said, I'm really happy overall and would definitely recommend Theo to others - He definitely deserves 10/10!
