I bought a car from this company on the 22nd. Jan. on driving home I heard what appeared to be a wheel bearing noise from the rear, but it seemed to vary with the road surface on getting home[10 miles] I rang them and spoke to the salesman he told me to take it to there service centre in Tranent, the manager there initially thought it was a wheel bearing but then decided it was a faulty tyre but couldn't determine which one [there are no signs of damage on them] as far as I am concerned it could have been some other fault I went back I made a face to face app. with the salesman on Saturday - I didn't have the car with me we arranged for it to come in any time on the following Wed. When I got there he was out but when he came in he denied making an a... with me even though it was face to face I think this is shoddy service from a company who couldn't care less about there customers the salesman's attitude was deplorable and I speak as someone who was a sales director for thirty years, I would urge anyone thinking to buy a car from this company to think again there are plenty of reputable car dealers in Edinburgh who I'm sure will give good and thoughtful service to there customers. I should now say I am faced with buying two rear tyres for a car I have just bought as they say it was ok when it left them which is a nonsense. dealership is Millennium Motors 394 Ferry Road Edinburgh.

All jobs completed but done poorly. Cheap parts fitted to my car and unable to find faults because they don't take time to find and fix. IN my opinion Millenium Motors in Dedinburgh is a dirty cheap garage for people who don't really care about their cars or willing to throw money away.

Recently bought a car from Millennium Motors, very professional service from Gary when buying the car. Ended up with a few niggles after the 1st week, clutch slipping (under heavy load), knocking at the front over bumps and the heater was only blowing cold air. They took the car back, no questions asked and fixed the issues quickly and effectively. I was disappointed the car developed the faults so quickly but very impressed with how they dealt with repairing the car. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Once more I am deeply in dept to Millennium motors not money wise but helpful wise, I am now on my seventh car from this garage and after a good hard working year with very high mileage I was on the verge of changing my car once more. .I was very happy with the car I had, but it was growing old its a Mitsubishi warrior 2007 plate and it did not have the power that it had when I first bought it. Millennium motors asked me if I would try his new AWARD WINNING ENGINE DEEP CLEAN Machine. Typical car sales man it does everything.he said. Try it and see was his answer if it does not do as I say DO NOT PAY FOR IT. Well how could I resist this statement . It took about an hour and I then drove it away,He had put new life into a car which had worked hard for a living including driving around quarries The list was endless Pulled better,ran better,and sounded better,this treatment was a good idea, but he has lost a sale I AM KEEPING THIS VEHICLE for now.. I can confirm that it does all he said .If your vehicle is old and high mileage this MUST be good for you . Once more well done Millennium motors

I have been dealing with this company for number of years now, and always found that they will go out of their way to help you get good value for your money. I am now on about my 6th car bought from them and never had a big problem all problems have been sorted out by the garage in record time. I would and do recommend this garage to all my friends and will continue to support them Good luck in the future.

Just purchased our second car from Millenium Motors, bought a Mondeo Estate two years ago which was immaculate and has been fantastic with no issues at all. A week before Christmas my wife purchased a Seat Altea XL Tdi, again spotless and well prepared. Unfortunately after a few days we noticed a noise from the back suspension (our regular service garage, John Martin Motor Engineers Falkirk, checked it out and found two broken springs - which they said in all fairness they would not have noticed if they had not been looking for a problem, the very end of both springs had broken off in the seats and were almost impossible to see). A phone call to Gary at Millenium Motors who arranged an appointment on Saturday with their service department to have it checked out, they agreed with our regular garage but as it was during the Christmas break could not source new springs until today 04.01.17, a driver picked up the from my wife's work in Newbridge and returned it in the afternoon repaired.
