I purchased a BMW 135i from here back in September 2015. The problems I found with the car were not advertised and not mentioned at any point. They waited until I pointed out the issues, and then basically called me a liar. I'd strongly recommend to avoid this garage. They're still to this day arguing about what happened! You took my money, you won't fix my car that was sold to me without telling me about the issues, you were rude and the aftercare was appalling. You didn't honour your warranty and because I'm not local, you could get away with it. Awful people. So I'm stuck with a car I have to spend over £2k on to get fixed.

Sorry, to see this negative review. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. Within this review there are facts that do not correspond to our business. Much of the original review has been removed as completely untrue. Unfortunately, as with any used car, they do have minor faults, which we have tried our upmost to rectify for this customer and unfortunately looking into this matter, this lady has left terrible damaging feedback for lots of other small businesses that rely upon their reputations to continue. In response to Martins claims, the review has been untouched for many years. If you’d like to call it a damaging review, I’m not going to give a good review on a vehicle you sold with a known fault that was hidden from the sale, and then refused to fix it and speak to me like I’m an idiot. You were rude, you didn’t fix the issue and I told you I’d leave a review on every website I could find because you took £12k of my money (cash, not credit!) And my car had a fault you refused to acknowledge. As for the car you so reluctantly gave me so I could drive home…Shall I dig out the photos of how disgusting it was? Or how dangerous it was when the wipers didn’t work in the rain? 2 very different version of events but at the end of the day you took my money and didn’t give any sort of aftercare. Just made me drive around going to your preferred garage to tell me there was a fault but wasn’t covered under warranty…Because it didn’t impact the performance?! Honestly you’re a cow boy. And reviews are there to be left when you receive bad service. I leave plenty of great reviews and recommendations for the people that aren’t robbing people and denying all liability.

I wish that we could leave reviews for customers. As unfortunately We would probably stop trading if we had many more customers as horrible as this both in person and behind their keyboard, hopefully our many other reviews will speak for themselves.
We purchased a Kia Sedona from Millfield garage in January and have been really pleased with the car. The owner and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and we have already recommended them to a friend who has also purchased a car from them. I would happily recommend them to anyone .
