Pre ordered a brand new dacia sandero stepway from Mitchell’s Lowestoft they wanted a £500 deposit which i left on it, my job circumstances had changed & therefore could not afford this car at present this time , i phoned & emailed to let them know this hoping in the circumstances they would refund me my deposit, very disappointed with them when they said they will only refund me £250 , i just feel i need to write this review to pre-warn buyers in advance of there practices !
VERY POOR SERVICE WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST EMEMY GREAT AT SELLING BUT ONCE YOU HAVE PROBLEM THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW
Wouldnt go here if it was the last dealership left in lowestoft very over priced the staff dont seemn happy to be there, they look down at people who may not be comfortable spending money on extras they made me feel very uncomfortable would not reccomend
Shocking service with typical sales gimmick, Happy to sell you the products, but have no care when they are faulty. My poor elderly Mum, has now been without a car for 3 weeks! With no sign of any help or compensation. After she called me up in tears, I got in contact myself, I spoke to the supervisor Andrew who was as useful as a chocolate fireguard! This issue still hasn't been resolved and its coming up to a month now. The Car is now costing hundreds and thousands to fix because of this woeful company. My advice... STAY CLEAR
beware of them great at selling you stuff but when it goes wrong they will avoid you and want you to spend money even tho its there fault worse business iv ever dealt with BEWARE

I hunted around for a good ZE service centre in Suffolk and after poor treatment at one dealer found Mitchells Renault and was impressed by their expertise with electric vehicles (EV). Their ZE Master Tech is old school but very knowledgeable on EV's. I'm going on to my third Renault Zoe which I have ordered through them and received an excellent deal. I have no problem in recommending Mitchells for serving and sales!

Recent service on my under warranty Dacia Stepway at Mitchells, Lowestoft, Car actually felt like it had been serviced, could feel immediately that the brake fluid had been topped up etc. Best of all they cured an annoying non engine rattle from under the bonnet when they road tested the car as requested. Top mechanics and helpful friendly staff. They have been helpful in the past when I have been in with small queries nothing too much trouble.
John who I dealt with at Mitchells Garage was great, in fact the overall service was brilliant! We have bought a car from there before and the Renault I recently got from there has been perfect. I recommend!

I bought a car from here back in June. On the journey home an engine management light came on so the dealer agreed that I could take it to a local main dealer garage under warranty. While they were getting it sorted they did a free health check on the car which revealed for serious issues that I was not informed about. The dealers agreed to cover the cost of all the repairs but when The main dealer invoiced them they wouldn't pay up and so the main dealer refused to release the car back to me. l Its all been sorted now but it was hugely inconvenient and I haven't even received an apology. I Would not recommend this dealership.
