I regret to say that my experience with MJC Motors has been deeply unsatisfactory and distressing. I was immediately faced with a litany of mechanical issues, including a serious petrol leak and unresolved oil leak, which not only compromised the vehicle's reliability but also posed significant safety risks. Despite the car's faults becoming apparent immediately after purchase, MJC Motors has continuously failed to rectify these issues effectively, leaving me with a car that is undriveable and dangerous. It is important to note that the dealership has also refused to recognise my short-term right to reject the vehicle within 30 days, as is my entitlement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The lack of responsibility, customer care, and due diligence from MJC Motors is alarming. The car was presented to me as thoroughly inspected and fit for sale; however, the reality could not have been further from the truth. The vehicle's condition upon sale was not as described, not fit for purpose, and certainly not of satisfactory quality. Their response to the situation has been dismissive and evasive, ignoring my consumer rights and leaving me out of pocket for a vehicle that I cannot use. I have attempted to resolve the matter fairly, offering them the opportunity for repair and even suggesting a partial refund as a compromise. Unfortunately, MJC Motors has been uncooperative and unresponsive to reasonable requests. To anyone considering purchasing from MJC Motors, I would urge caution and suggest thorough due diligence before proceeding. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services and would advise potential buyers to look elsewhere for a trustworthy and reliable car dealership.

!!STAY WELL CLEAR!! I never usually write reviews but want to save someone else the money, stress and time dealing with MJC Motors has cost me to date. I purchased a car from MJC Motors about 6 months ago and I have now finally had my rejection approved after a long battle to prove all the major issues. I have had to arrange two reviews at my own cost which highlighted issues such as oil leaks, coolant leaks, corrosion and evidence the car had been in a collision. MJC refused to acknowledge any of the problems and it was also suggested there had been an attempt to conceal the issues on a later inspection. Don’t be as naive as me. The condition of their “workshop” attached to the showroom should tell you all you need to know about this business. I have been hit with hire car costs for the 6 months where I did not have the car. MJC are now refusing to return my £1000 deposit despite the finance company agreeing with the rejection. My advice would be to not go anywhere near this company. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal. If this is how they treat all customers I have no idea how they are still allowed to operate as a business.

Worst place to buy a used car, I bought a Mercedes CLA and have been facing a lot of problems. Read through each individual review on Google reviews before you decide to buy a car with them. You might change your mind, their customer service is worst and they don't really care about a customer's interest and are only after the money they want to make.
