I would recommend MK Automobiles to anybody. I have just bought a Volvo V40 from them and received an amazing service from start to finish. My dealer was Saf who recognised my lack of car knowledge and invested all that much more time into talking me through all the details and controls when I picked the car up, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable before I left. Purchased a qashqai in June, front wipers stopped working within the 3 month warranty. Dropped the car to them for a week for the part to be ordered and fitted, now 4 months later wipers stopped working in torrential rain when i was doing 50 mph near miss for a crash.....low and behold the garage I took it to said no new linkage had been fitted! Botch job to save money and nearly caused a crash.....poor poor service.

Bought an Audi TT in June from the garage sight unseen and took the salesmans word that all was ok and to the required standard. Travelled over 200 miles to collect it and it wasn't prepped and cleaned (they said it was), they put 3 different makes of tyres on it which is dangerous for a Quattro. The climate control wasn't working, door drop wasn't working, warning lights come on for various faults. These faults were only discovered on my drive home. When I contacted the garage to advise several times I got no reply. The car has since cost me in excess of £1200 to rectify. Just beware do not buy a vehicle sight unseen. Very disappointed with the garage.

After taking the plunge i did something most people would consider quite risky...... Saw my wonderful car online ..payed for it over the phone and had it delivered without even seeing it in real life !!!, The transaction was handled by Arshad ...it was him i spoke to about everything ..even when i phoned with little questions and asked about things i was unsure of he was wonderful and very patient with me, I live 4 hours away and totally delighted that MK Automobiles were able to deliver...the delivery man was fab too.!!! My car...Grand Cherokee Jeep is immaculate and drives like a dream. Thankyou so much..... I am totally over the moon x

Bought my car ,C4 Grand Picasso April 2016. The vehicle was exactly as described , the sales person Safi went out of his way and brought the car to our property to ensure it would go up our exceptionally steep drive. Never felt pressured at any time and was a wholly pleasant transaction from start to finish . I would highly recommend them and would confidently purchase any future car from them.

Bought car from this garage last weekend. Can totally recommend these folk, friendly and honest.. It was worth the long drive from the borders to get the car we wanted with low mileage, if we had bought it here it would have cost us a further thousands d pounds! They didn't push us to take out hidden extra s either as garages in Carlisle do!! Receptionist lovely too, had two young Grandchildren with us, she made them both a hot chocolate whilst we waited.,yes, I definitely would say use this garage.
