MK Car Sales had a Mokka that fitted the criteria that I required from a car. I made contact with Jim, who was polite and professional. I arranged to view the car, after having a good look around the car I decided to buy it. Jim was very knowledgeable about the car and explained that it would be going for its RAC inspection…this was completed and raised a couple of issues that were addressed. Unfortunately there was a delay in one of the parts arriving which delayed my collection. Jim was more than apologetic and compensated me accordingly. On collecting my car I have been extremely please with my purchase and the service I have received from MK Car sales. As and when I need to buy another car I will definitely be getting in touch with them again.

This Renault Clio's the second car I've purchased from them, and once again, their service was nothing short of exceptional. There was an issue with the Key prior to sale which we all thought was fixed. However, in the end it needed a new one shortly after purchasing. It's been quite the journey for my wife and me as we recently decided to downgrade our car. While it's taking some getting used to, we're confident we've made the right decision. We've switched from a car that requires charging to one that needs refuelling, and from automatic to manual transmission (most people do it the other way round!). Admittedly, we're still adjusting to the manual gearbox! With the cost of living continually rising, we felt it was time to step away from premium vehicle brands like BMW and Mercedes. They can be quite expensive to maintain, and the peace of mind that comes with a more cost-effective option like the Ford Fiesta Zetec is priceless. Parts are readily available if needed, which adds to our peace of mind. The team at the dealership were fantastic—they kept their promises, and we couldn't have asked for more. Plus, the fact that they're within walking distance from home definitely helps! A massive thank you for taking such great care of us; it truly means a lot.

Fitting two kids and all their gear into a Vauxhall Corsa was becoming quite the challenge, so my husband and I finally decided it was time to upgrade. After the fantastic experience we had with MK Car Sales when purchasing our previous car, there was no doubt that we would return when it was time for a change. Wanting to upsize, Jim talked us through the different 4x4s they had in stock, and we ultimately opted for a Nissan Qashqai. It's great value for money and is running beautifully!
