I bought a Ford Focus last June with the warranty thought that would see me out to retirement, had a few issues that were fixed after a few visits. Then once the summer was over noticed water ingress in the boot and between the front and rear seats, has been back at least 3 times, still wet. Don’t really understand their attitude to customer service, for a small amount of money they could repair it properly and wouldn’t be moaning on hear.

Monarch Car Sales in Worcester were friendly, honest, trustworthy and nothing is too much trouble. No sales pressure. Will always use Monarch from now on after having always had bad experiences with car sales people.

Matt from Monarch was very helpful when I bought my WV Tiguan. He was full of knowledge, the price was reasonable and even spent extra time fixing an issue I had with the Sat Nav. He promised to sort a few minor chips in which paint work, and replaced the parcel shelf which was missing. He even kindly gave me an iPhone cable to plug into my new car the day I picked my car up as my phone was almost dead. Great after care. Happy to recommend them again.

Wanted a Mini Cooper s soft top in cream told them the speck I wanted within a few days my dream car was waiting for me to pick it up I can not fault the sales guys fantastic service and the car looked stunning with the top down and I was a very happy with the car I would most certainly go to Monarch Car Sales again.

My car had a faulty seat belt which they replaced with genuine VW parts without any hassle under the 3 month warranty period. They were very helpful in resolving the problem.

Recently bought a golf from monarch car sales and the service provided was excellent. Had a problem linking music through the parrot handsfree device the car came with, when asked for help they were more than happy to help and resolve the problem.
