Overall, Moores Car Centre was helpful. I have had a slight issue with the keys since the purchase, but I have been in communication with them. My experience would have been a five-star rating if it were not for this issue, because everything else was good.

I got the car delivered to me. I wasn’t in at the time it arrived, but my partner was, and everything went smoothly and on time. The communication from start to finish was excellent. The guy at the dealership always kept me informed, and I could reach him on the phone whenever I needed. There were no delays or waiting around. Even the delivery driver kept me updated when he was on his way, which was great and definitely gave me reassurance about buying from them. The car arrived in lovely condition. Nothing looked out of place or wrong to me. I’m really pleased and love the car.
