I dealt with Andrew down at Moores Car Centre and he was an absolute breath of fresh air, a superstar in fact. He couldn't have looked after me any more than he did, he really took his time to make sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I did literally just walk into the dealership and end up buying the Nissan Qashqai unexpected, it was a brilliant car and a brilliant price. I cant fault a single thing about the whole experience, I am absolutely made up with everything. I'd definitely shop here again and would be more than happy recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

Very satisfied with how everything went with Moores Car Centre. I purchased an ex show car and I'm over the moon with it. It is a lovely car, just what I wanted. The customer service that myself and my wife received at Moores Car Centre was excellent, very friendly and courteous people. I went down the Moores Car Centre with the wife to look for something new, we had a look round and spotted a Ford Focus, it was a great car and a great price. The staff there were all really helpful and sorted us out really quickly. We put a deposit down and came back a few days later to collect the car. I just rang up and told them when I was coming and they made sure the car was all ready for me, all clean and ready to be taken away. I arrived and it was waiting for me, drove away in it and we've had no issues at all with it. A great purchase, we are over the moon with it!

I have really enjoyed the buying process from Moores Car Centre, a really easy and straightforward process. The customer service was great, everyone was very accommodating and helpful. I'm enjoying the Skoda, its a great car and just what I was after. Travelled down to Wigan from newcastle for the car so requested a true and thorough subscription of the condition of the vehicle, after having done the same at other garages to find they had lied and tried to hide things I was sceptical... When I arrived the car was exactly as described if not better! Andy couldn't do enough to help us, very genuine bloke, who gave a very good deal. They also offer a free 5 days drive away insurance policy which comes in useful. The warranty that comes with the car is extendable and had a very good coverage! I would happily buy again from here and would recommend them to anyone!
