Andy was such a lovely salesman. He always answered the phone right away and he made us aware that we could always just visit the dealership ad-hoc if we needed anything. He made sure to answer all of our questions and keep us feeling comfortable. We were missing the drivers manual and, despite not being able to get one, Andy did try his best to find one for us.

Andy was a great bloke. Once they knew who I was, I was made to feel comfortable. Andy, upon realising, even sent me a spare key for the car which saved me 200 quid.

I'd give 5 out of 5 for my experience. I called up after seeing the car online before heading down to Wigan and the guy I spoke to was really helpful over the phone, all my questions were answered. I arranged to see the car and when I arrived it was ready to go for a test drive. I've done a few miles in the car since driving away, and it's been really good.

Really happy with how everything went at Moores Car Centre. I had a slight issue with the car after driving away but after contacting the salesman, he was happy for me to bring it back right away to get repaired. He got the car fixed and it's been great since. Amazing service.

I was looking for a more reliable car and found a Mercedes A160 online at Moores Car Centre. After a test drive, I was pleased it matched the ad and was great to drive. Andy was very helpful and answered all my questions so I’d gladly return for future car purchases.

The Dacia Sandero is a car I bought to share with my brother, and we both agree it's been a fab choice so far. The staff at Moores Car Centre were friendly/courteous, and when we noticed we were missing a wheel nut they got a replacement sent out straight away. Really can't fault them.
