I only use my car for small trips, but I'm very pleased with it!

I've had my car for a month now, and I've only put a few hundred miles on the clock, but all is running well. I can't remember the salesman's name, but all of the staff were amazing from start to finish. I'm still waiting for my V5, this is the only reason I haven't given top marks.

Since buying my Skoda Octavia in October It has been amazing to drive, and it is a daily car. I've made a couple of 3–4-hour trips in the car so it has had a real-world test and there are absolutely 0 issues to report. Speaking with Andy was really relaxing, with a no pressure to buy approach. Once I took the car out for a test drive, I asked if I could have a think about the car before going ahead with it and he was more than happy for me to take my time to think it over. 24 hour later, I give him a call and said that I would like to go ahead with the car, and he got everything ready on his end. 2 days later I was picking up the keys.

The car has been perfect since I got it 3 weeks ago!! It was my first time visiting Moores Car Centre and Andy provided me with first class experience from the start to the very end. I had a 1.2l Cleo before, so I am still getting use to the new power of the car with it being a 1.8 but overall, everything has been amazing.

Really happy after my recent purchase of my Ford Mondeo. The team were very transparent and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process as there was a bit of back and forth with the car due to another customer making things awkward but once the car was available the team called me up straight away to let me know it's ready to view. I took the car out for a spin, which the team let me do on my own before making my decision.

There is an issue with the car at the moment with the heaters not working and the coolant running through the car. Andy provided me with six months warranty when I bought my Citroen DS3 so as soon as I knew there was an issue with the car I rang him to let him know, he was so helpful and he could not have been more apologetic about everything. He booked it into the garage to be fixed so I cannot fault him for doing this and it shows to me that your in good hands dealing with Andy and Moores Car Centre. I would have no hesitation recommending Andy to anyone that is looking for an honest and trustworthy dealer that takes good care of it's customers.
