I visited Moses Gate Car Sales for a Nissan Jeep.The garage is down a back road, inside what i can describe as a disused factory with cheap plastic banners .Not the pretty showroom on the website. The vehicle looked ok, clean and polished, inside the building but wouldnt start, the salesman jump started it, with that there was blue smoke inside the building, ..not impressed looked under vehicle to find a oil leak, dripping onto the exhaust, i had travelled from wolverhampton, never again bells should have rung when i called , they asked for a deposit over the phone to secure vehicle good job i refused.

Looked at a BMW today at Moses Gate. OMG, it looked gleamy and sparkly, having checked the underneath the bonnet and underneath, during the test drive, NOT FOR ME THANK YOU,... ABSOLUTELY CORRODED UNDERNEATH... The engine had been cleaned , hidden underneath a total mess. Spoken to owner of garage, a young guy in a an office, who said they had recently put an MOT on it, so 11..... 1/2 months left on the it, how it passed the MOT has shocked me.

Having recently looked and test drove a NISSAN 4x4, from this dealer, I walked away, having checked the underneath if the vehicle, severe corrosion around engine mounts and front cross member, very surprised to see as it had only passed an MOT three days ago. Even with a free 12 month warranty.

I recently purchased a vehicle with a recent MOT, This vehicle is a moving death trap, Voted by 3 independent garages as the worst vehicle they have seen with a recent Mot on. A 4 x 4, with severe corrosion underneath from front to rear. All bearings and suspension items corroded. The fuel tank sitting on a moving propshaft with a cloth to keep the noise down, as it had collapsed off the chassis. I have contacted the MOT station who issued the Mot, who takes no blame, blame the garage who sold you the vehicle, not my problem, The garage not helpful, at all go to the trading standards we dont care, or VOSA we dont care..they were very quick in taking my money thats it.. BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE AT YOUR PERIL.. to make it worse all vehicles are advertised on autotrader.co.uk. Of which i have contacted to advice on my death trap.
