We drove down the next morning with my car which they gave us a very fair deal on and we were able to drive away very happy customers not even an hour later. Ali was brilliant throughout offering us complimentary drinks, allowing us to take the time to look over the car at our own pace and I even tested out car seats in the car to ensure that it met our needs as a family. We noticed a small issue with the car we had come to love and Ali straight away had it looked at. It wasn’t able to be sorted there and then but was raised on the system to be booked in for repair at a later date. We went for a test drive and then came to a great deal on our new car. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back in the future when we need a new car.

Honestly a fantastic experience all round. Purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Mosley Motors LTD at the start of March. Had some slight issues with a button causing the Frunk to open by itself, contacted Mosley Motors on the Sunday and they had a trailer collect the car on Monday morning and sorted the issue for me. The car had moisture in one of the Rear lights, (common issue for Tucson’s), which I noticed before purchasing. They offered to replace the light at no cost to myself. Unfortunately the light in question was no longer available so they ordered a brand new set of updated driver and passenger side lights from Hyundai so that they matched and shipped them to myself. Both were fitted by myself and look fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from here again. Big thanks to Ali for putting up with my numerous calls, and thanks to Ash for sourcing the parts. Fantastic service from Ali, really top class. I was coming to the end of my term with my car and was dreading the whole experience of picking a new (used) car. Adam worked with me to narrow my new car down to a few that I liked, within my budget, found me a new car (Dacia, amazing to drive and look at) and within a few days I was driving it home. I have been looking for a Mercedes C Class for a while now. When I came across the one Mosley Motors had I knew it was the one for me. I enquired on the car on Wednesday. The salesperson was brilliant, they prepped the vehicle to a high standard. It was ready for collection on Sunday. The car was exactly as described.
