I have been looking for a Mercedes C Class for a while now. When I came across the one Mosley Motors had I knew it was the one for me. I enquired on the car on Wednesday. The salesperson was brilliant, they prepped the vehicle to a high standard. It was ready for collection on Sunday. The car was exactly as described. I was even picked up from the train station after a 4 hour train journey which was a nice touch by them. I was greeted by Ali who sorted all the paperwork with me and made the transaction seamless. My car is running as smooth as the day I got it. I'm very impressed with how quick the process was, I can't remember the salesman's name but he really did take his time in explaining all the cars to me, didn't rush me. My USB port has broken but I don't think much can be done about that.

I have not had much opportunity to drive my Mercedes because we went on holiday right after I bought it, but everything seems to be operating perfectly. The salesman who assisted me was fantastic; he took me through the entire process in great detail and never put any pressure on me to make a purchase. Ali at MML has been a huge help with the purchase of our daughter’s first car. He was able to talk us through the assets of each car individually and was very knowledgeable.
