Car was sold to me with almost 6000 miles more on it than what was advertised. Really poor service. I would not recommend at all.

Motonet in Coventry are a great used car dealership. In particular I thought the manager was nice to talk to. He told me to come back if there was any problems with the car and so far nothing has gone wrong in my 3 months of owning my BMW.

Motonet were fantastic, if they were rushing me in and out of the place like some dealerships I wouldn't of bothered with them but they were friendly, courteous and helpful, I was able to test drive the car, I was happy with them.

The car had so many problems from day one its been a nightmare. It was barely road legal when it was sold it me and they didn't tell me about any of the faults, I know this because I had a mechanic check it out. I've spent a lot of money to get it right. When I called the dealer up their attitude was shocking. Safe to say I'm never going back.

I didn't have any problems at Motonet, the car has been faultless and the whole sales process was quick and painless. Just to make the point I purchased my Ford from Motonet back in March and I have scored them top marks for every question.

My advice is to avoid Motonet in Coventry. Spent thousands and had problems right away, had the vehicle looked at and it needed many repairs and should not have been sold in this unroadworthy condition. Their promises before sale about the guarantee were not worth a thing once I began to have problems. After sales service is non-existent at Motonet.
