It is not often I am compelled to write a bad review, but I do so in this case as a warning to others. I was interested in a used Audi that this seller was advertising and therefore called to check some details, before making the 80 mile round trip to visit. On the phone, the gentleman (although obviously distracted) furnished me with the details, couldn't answer some questions, but stated that the receipts and service paperwork would all be viewable with the car. He asked that I let him know what time I expected to arrive and to call again before setting off to confirm this. This I did to ease the process. Upon arrival at exactly the alotted time I received a call from the company, which I was unable to answer as I was riding a motorbike to the location. I then received a message saying that the car was not infact at that location but at a garage almost 2.5 miles away. I navigated to the garage, to find the vehicle in question on a ramp, with its driver door in bits and no sign the of the company owner. The garage knew nothing about my visit, and I had to call the owner to let him know I was there. Eventually he arrived and greeted me as if this was normal operation, all the time speaking to someone else on his phone. I began an assessment of the car and noted some minor faults to which the guy responded 'yeah, yeah, we will sort all that out'. I then proceeded with the shortest test drive, directed by the guy (as I did not know the area), which lasted about 5 minutes before returning to the garage. Again I noted some points and he was like 'yeah, yeah, it will al be sorted'. All the while on the test drive he sat beside me, speaking on the phone, not interested in any questions I had. I also noticed handling issues and then pointed out that one of the rear wheels was partially deflated and go the 'yeah, yeah' response again. I asked for the documentation and was told that it wasn't at that location but he could WhatsApp it to me...which he obviously never did. Anyway to top it all, as I was perusing the vehicle one last time, he asked me 'shall we go inside and discuss then' to which I laughed. I exclaimed my disappointment to him which seemed like normal feedback to the guy, who didnt care. In summary, I am not saying that the car was not necessarily worth the £3k it was advertised for, and being fairly long in the tooth, my expectations were not for perfection, but the car became a secondary issue for me as my attention was on this guy. He gave me no reason to trust him whatsoever, bad attitude...he knows that there will be 10 people stood behind me waiting to pay him full price for this vehicle and therefore my business was not important, having lost 3 hours and an 80 mile round trip. My opinion, and it is just that, is to avoid this seller, even if he is selling a car you want, at the price you want.

I purchased my new range rover from Motor Aspirations and I was very pleased with the service. Jay stayed open till 20:30 as we were running late due to an delay on the M25 very pleased with the car as described also viewing was excellent in the fully lit indoor showroom for the inspection & the handover would highly recommend.

i saw a car online on eBay it was what i wanted but couldn't make it until the weekend. So i was told u leave a refundable deposit which i did and the description i was given was accurate. Thanks a lot to Motor Aspirations for the lovely car.
