I bought a Vauhall Astra from Motor Depot back in April and the experience was very good all around! Very nice car with no problems at all, the sales team were very helpful and knowledgeable and the car was a very good price indeed. I would certainly recommend this dealership.

So after going to see an Audi q5 and leaving a deposit with the PROMISE the dents and chips would be sorted before I picked the car up on Friday the following week at 1pm. On the day I was due to collect I tried to get in touch with the salesman I was dealing with to confirm it was ready, as I was taking a day off work and was getting the train there from Worcester. I called at least 5 times to be told he was unavailable. So I set off as planned and got to motor depot Birmingham to find it was just the same (with all the dents and scratches still in it). No wonder he had avoided my calls all morning. I guess they thought as I was getting the train there that I would accept the car as I would have to get the train back to Worcester if I didn't. I told them I didn't want the car in the state it was in and would like a lift home or reimbursed for my train fare. I was told no chance!!! Very rude very sneaky staff.
Good service from Motor depot and great quality and value! My only issue with the car is its not very cost efficient on fuel for the price of the car. but I would still recommend this dealership to friends and family because the service was so good.

Motor Depot were alright, pretty standard process just choose the car, fill out the paperwork and off you go. I've had the car a few months now and it's been sound as a pound.

Motor Depot in Birmingham is very misleading with their prices. The price advertised on website is never the price you pay. There is no warranty, you have to pay admin fees and other things which they say are compulsory bumping up the price by a good thousand pounds. I would not recommend Motor Depot.
Nice Car clean and the right price. BUT once you buy the car no one at Motor Depot in Birmingham wants to know you. We had missing dealer books and other questions the dealer would not return calls and made promises that they had no intention of keeping. Very disappointing. Would not use again!
