You purchased the Audi Q7 on finance with an 18-month warranty, which was clearly stated at the time of sale. The vehicle was delivered to you after an 8-hour journey, and everything was confirmed upon delivery. You contacted us two weeks after delivery expressing dissatisfaction with the vehicle. When we asked for the reason, you mentioned issues with the bodywork. However, upon requesting photos, it became evident that the car had been damaged, likely after delivery.
