Super happy with my BMW X3, its a lovely motor, much more practical than the 3 series, its easier in and out, higher up and more comfortable. The chaps were great, very helpful, informative and a smooth process - I will be back when ready for an upgrade.

Great service, the staff were friendly and courteous all the way through. They went out of their way to make us welcome, the salesman opened up on a Sunday to get everything sorted and ready for first thing Monday morning, they serviced/MOTd the car in a really short space of time. I went to Motor Firm to buy a Renault Scenic, it was a lovely experience. The car is great. It runs well, was a great price and in very good condition. They are good lads down at the dealership, very helpful and friendly. They got things sorted very quickly for me, no waiting around. I can't fault the dealership or customer service provided, the dealer definitely went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I wanted to collect the car the day I test drove, and this was on a Sunday. Mo stayed open later than usual on the Sunday to get the car serviced, prepped and cleaned for me - there was a little waiting around, but I understood exactly why, as I wanted to take the car away there and then and Mo wanted the car to be taken away to the high standard they usual prep the cars too. The Mazda 6 I bought it brilliant, its running great, and was super good value for money, so far so good, very happy. I can't recommend Motor Firm enough, they really was fantastic, and very pleased with the car! I will use again in the future.
