My wife and I have known Saj and the team at Motorhouse of Shipley for more than 10 years. During that that time we have purchased more than 30 vehicles which have been well prepared and delivered with knowledge of the brand and with supporting warranties. Saj has happily taken the vehicles back in exchange and at a fair price against further purchases at a later date. I purchased an Audi A3 for my son from Motor House of Shipley,Saj was a true gent and a man of his word ,after few days the battery needed replacing of which they replaced and paid for ,then after 2 months the sound system had a fault of which they paid for a new replacement plus fitting cost ,the next car I purchase I will be going to these guys second to none many many dealers should follow by example. I had informed a very close friend of mine who was a classic car enthusiast that I was looking to buy a relatively modern prestige car. I had searched high and low until Motorhouse Shipley was pointed out by my friend. I contacted the showroom and spoke directly with one of the proprietors’ of this family business and straight away without time wasting he offered me a package – a price for the car I was looking to buy and a price for the car I was planning to part – exchange. Few days later I drove all the way from North London to Shipley and had a test drive and was impressed at the proprietor’s genuine comments and advice on the car and we agreed on a revised package which was very helpful as I was working on a very limited budget. Finance deal was completed within a day or so and the car was delivered from Shipley to North London and the driver who brought the car down was very helpful, patient and spent over an hour or more explaining how to run the new car I had purchased, its maintenance and to retain the best value.
