Plz avoid this company i regret buying car form here
This company scammed me by £100! On the 14th of September 2022 at 10:13 AM I paid £100 as a small deposit for a car but then unfortunately the bank withdrew my contract thus I cancelled the deal with Motor Market and asked Jamie to refund my money and he said no problem at all. After numerous text messaging and phone call I have not received my £100 after nearly 1 month!!! They did not reply for my last message at all as to be claimed that the refund had been processed but no proof of that. My bank says it never been refunded. I want back my money now! Do NOT go to Cradley Heath Motor Market unless you wanna be scammed!!!

Brought a car from the Motor Market which i was told came with a brand new mot, service and AA checked. Less than 4 hours of having the car, I took it back after finding it had a tyre that was bald on the innerface. They took it back and replaced the tyre for me with no problems, an appology and told me would need to get the tracking done (this didnt come with the new tyre) I went away happy. A week later i returned the car again because i found it had an oil leak. They took the car back and fixed the leak. Again i went away happy thinking it was just teething problems which were being sorted. A week later i went away to Brean for the weekend. On the return journey within the 1st juntion of the motoway, I was in the middle lane and loss all power. Petrified i managed to roll to the hard shoulder. I called the AA which was complimentary with the car to be told that the cover supplied was basic cover which didnt cover me for motoways. At a cost of £250 i managed to get the car towed back to them. When discussing what had happen and were i was then the car broke down, i was told "you do realise its a diesel and needs a good run now and again". i then reminded them where i broke which on the motoway. They had the car for 1 week and offer me a curtsy car which i accepted. I picked up the car on a Friday afternoon where i was reassured the problem had been fixed. The day after i was on the motoway and guess what i broke down again with the same problem. I managed to get the car back to them. They invetigated the problem and told me the work that had been done to rectify the problem hadnt been done properly and thats why i broke down again. As you can image by this time i was heartbroken and didnt want the car back. They offered me another car which i accepted. And 1month of problem free motoring i thought i had cracked it. Low and behold guess what theres a funny noise coming from the engine. Took the car back again. To be told it needed a new Cam Belt. They fixed it but there was still a noise coming from the engine. I queried this with them to be told it was just the noise that all Peugeots make. So i took there word and carried on. 1 week later guess what i broke down again. Engine lights flashing all over the place. They took it away and said they couldnt find any faults with it and reset it. My warranty ran out 2 weeks ago and guess what ive broke down again. Same thing happend again as when they had it back and coundnt find anything wrong with it. Only this time i took it a garage to be told the injectors have gone on it. Great
I brought a mini car off Motor Market. It spent more time back with them than I had it in the first 6 months .I was told they had paid a couple of thousand pounds putting it right. Pity it's still the same 12 months later .total junk steer clear of them in my opinion I was sold a duff car .I tell anyone i know don't go their

Very happy with my new car from Motor Market, Emma was very friendly and showed me around all cars, I choose the car I wanted and before I new it, I was picking the car up on the day and time that suited me, nice bunch of staff, I even got a beautiful bunch of flowers and they even put some diesel in the car for me, I'd recommend the dealership and there service to everyone, 10 out of 10 and a big thumbs up from me,
John hall in response to Great service and very helpful

Motor Market refused me my legal and consumer rights they have broke every gdpr law going they use bully boy tactics to try to intimidate you into paying money you dont have they will refuse to send you your data even after i put a subject access request in writting there cars are no good the customer service is shooking and when the md came to collect the car without me being there my partner was on her own and when she refused to sign a contract witch she had nothink to do with has she is not on the account the md dean got agressive with her
After having so many bad experiences in the past, we have always found the whole car buying process so daunting. However, Adam at Motor Market made our experience so easy and effortless and we are very pleased with our purchase. We would highly recommend buying your car from here and we will definitely be keeping Motor Market in mind for the future.
