Everything with my Golf has been spot on. I got the car back in June and since having it, it's been used daily for my commute to work and it's not had any issues. The only problem I did have was that the car was throwing up a fault with the coolant, but after checking it was still full. I cleaned the connection, and it's been fine since. With me having no problems so far, I can't see why I can't rate 5 stars.

The only thing I've noticed since getting my car is that it shakes a little bit on the motorway, but other than that, I've had no issues and I'm happy with it overall. Adam was a fantastic salesman. He made friendly, made the process really easy, and it was a quick in-and-out deal.

Really straight forward process at Motor Planet, Adam was great to deal with. I'm just waiting for my Logbook to arrive to put my private plate on but so far the car is going good.

Adam was sound to deal with at the dealership and didn't pressure me once. I think the pressure was more on my end because I got dropped off at the dealership in Manchester and needed a car there and then. Since having the car I noticed a small rip in the sidewall of the tyre, which they have sent a new tyre, and I'm getting it fixed today at 4pm. The only thing I need to check if my warranty will cover me to replace my car battery if it's not completely dead.

I was doing amazingly with the car, but a week later I was unfortunately crashed into by a van. Before this we noticed a small issue with the car, but after calling the dealership, they were fantastic, they told to book the car in straight away and they would take care of it. Since the car has been in for repairs, I haven’t been able to drive it, but the dealership couldn’t have done enough for us. Overall, fantastic service and I would definitely use them again. They were down-to-earth, genuine, and I was really impressed when I arrived, especially since I’ve only ever bought from main dealerships before.

So far everything with my Audi has been all good, I'm loving it. I managed to give it a good run on the motorway on my way back from Birmingham and it runs well. Jon was a nice chap and made the sale really simple, it wasn't over the top. He gave me as much time as I wanted to look around the car, which is exactly how I like it.

Drove 70 miles to view a car with motor planet. The auto trader advert was spot on and I was very pleased to purchase the vehicle. They offered to deliver at a very reasonable price so I took that option and it was delivered with days. Great service and happy to do business again in the future.
