Really smooth process. I got the finance sorted on the Friday and picked up the car on the Sunday. There was no messing about or any issues, just a quick turnaround. The car itself has been great. I do have some squeaky brakes, but everything else is completely fine.

I would give a 4/5 or an 9/10 I had great service buying my s5 and the only thing that would stop me from from giving a 5 would be I wish my documents got sent out faster for the vehicle to get my logbook but I received it today thankfully, I had great service and plenty of time to look at the vehicle and even a test drive which surprised me, I'm a young man and didn't get treat like a dreamer which was fantastic for me buying my first sports car. The staff was fantastic and I was looked after during my experience with you and the fact you stuck by the 30 day warranty as advertised was a big green flag for me, thank you for giving me a good experience I'm glad I've got my new car from you

Belting service love the car super happy with it just wished I got a better deal on some wheels haha in all fairness lovely chap dealt with me and I'd be happy to recommend moto planet to future customers. The walk around the car was what attracted me the detail covered the car in fine detail with all the different parts of the car to explore.

There was some miscommunication regarding what day I was coming to pick up the vehicle, however the guys were great and made sure everything was sorted for me quickly. By the time I left the car was valetted. I have no complaints everything has been fine with the car since having it. Overall it was a good purchase + experience.

The customer service from Adam was great. He was really easy to deal with and made it a quick process. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well looked after. I honestly haven’t got any complaints when it comes to the service at Motor Planet.
