What stood out to me the most at Motor Planet was the service from John, he is a lovely fella. They had the car I wanted in stock on the day and it's all going alright.

Very happy with all of the customer journey. Sincere folks here, both John and Adam had time to answer and follow up on my queries. John is a remarkable chap in particular, and it felt like conversing with a long time friend- no hard sell, no gimmicks and straight up. You can tell the company has have built an exceptional culture of customer service with integrity, not something that happens by chance and being from Birmingham I can tell you more than a story or two about that! I am happy with the family car purchased from here with the reassurance that these guys will honour their after service. Look forward to returning to them soon for my own car, as travelling up is worth it for rare dealers like this.

I saw the car and liked it so decided to choose Motor Planet to buy from. I was impressed by the really quick responses, if I emailed or called up about anything I was never left waiting. Overall the Corsa is really good.

We were after a specific car and it turned out that Motor Planet had a nice one. The service was all as I hoped it would be and as expected. Adam dealt with us throughout the experience and I am pleased with the service I received.

Fiat 500's are our granddaughters favourite car so we decided to buy her one for her first car. We came across Motor Planet online and saw one advertised at a good price, we dealt with Adam at the dealership who was fine. The only issue we have had is with the windscreen wipers being the wrong ones on the car but we are getting this sorted. Other than that we were happy with everything else.

I decided it was time to get back into driving so I found a Tesla from Motor Planet and chose to buy it. The experience was not too bad and the car has been okay so far.

Five star experience

The process was quick and straightforward. I am actually going to be looking for another car next year and I would use Motor Planet again and would definitely recommend them to others.

I really liked the colour and spec of the car and was set on buying it. I did feel that the salesman's knowledge could have been better about the car as there was a few questions he didn't have the answer to.
