Brand new jeep Cherokee bought in December 18 from Motor Village Croydon. 3 weeks the car is smelling of burning the clutch didn’t work and I was on the A3 it took a week to sort picking car up to the dealership atrocious service nobody no anything!!! For me the above issues are serious which they say that they can’t see anything wrong which I don’t buy the point is that this shouldn’t be happening in a new car!!!

Motor Village Croydon appear to sell cars on the approved Alfa site that they don't have. They don't have photos with their adverts and any promises of images never arrive. Almost impossible to get hold of, expect a 10% success rate when calling. Another waste of time dealership to add to the ever growing number? We will never know for sure. If you value your time, go elsewhere.

I recently brought a Fiat 500 from Motor Village Croydon. Brilliant customer service from Stuart Roberts who went out of his way to resolve any concerns/issues during the sale and even now a month or so after buying.

I bought a Jeep from Motor Village Croydon in August this year 2018. My ever grateful thanks to Mr Paul Marriner the Manager for his kind understanding and decency post hand over of the vehicle which i am thoroughly enjoying. This is purely because of Mr Marriner's professional customer service ethos which has filtered down thru' all ranks of staff. As they say good management influences from top down and the team works like a well oiled machine, efficient to the core. I am grateful to Mr Marriner's staff/colleagues, including the people who arranged the handover and went thru' the various systems on my Jeep with me and my wife. I am also grateful to Giovanni and the receptionists for their prompt responses and always offering us a cup of tea or hot chocolate (!) whenever we went to the showroom in Croydon. Thank you very very very much and it is highly likely that I will be buying my future purchases from Motor Village as the brands they sell are to my liking. I am buying a new Giulia Quadrifoglio, a fabulous car by all accounts. I contacted Motor Village Croydon twice via email, tried booking a test-drive, called them and finally, as I was getting no bloody joy at all, visited the dealership in person. I was met by Natalie at reception who said that the computers were down hence no contact was made. Yeah, sure! I then spoke to a sales chap called Paul Gaynor who explained to me that the Quad was based at their other dealership and that they would get it sent over for a test-drive. Again, nothing has happened since in the 2 weeks since. So, from my 1st attempted contact to now (over a 6 week period) (with 5 attempts made by me) this dealer has NOT bothered to make contact even once. I expect what they want is someone going in waving a deposit cheque to pique their interest, paying the deposit and then getting to see the car. Why bother otherwise, the customer may well be a time-waster! Either their customer facing operations are shambolic or they don't care. This, when FCA is pouring in billions of euros to make their AR brand attractive and profitable again. Mind you, this dealer is owned by FCA so that makes their attitude even more perplexing. I am complaining to the ARUK HO about this as I am now taking my business elsewhere and am in the process of ordering this car from new. I do not anticipate ever going back to this shambolic set-up.
