Excellent service was received from Motorbikes4all. Even the delivery guy was fab dropping my bike off. Doug looked after me during the sale, he was just great. Couldn't ask for more from a Garage. I will be returning again.

My bike is absolutely perfect. I have already recommended Tom to a bunch of my mates he was an absolute superstar. They are already considering getting a bike of their own. There was no down side to it at all. Highly recommended to anyone thinking of buying a bike from here.

I saw a bike that I wanted on eBay and saw the information stating that they did part ex, national delivery etc. I was very cautious as I have dealt with companies before that do not deliver on their promises. I was offered a fair price on my part ex and a good delivery price. I dealt with Doug who was very courteous and called back as and when promised. I am not a mechanical expert and so was nervous about buying unseen but was convinced by the good service and warranty. Every step of the following process proceeded as promised and the delivery driver was excellent and could not have been more polite. Along the way I had an issue with my part ex bike that stopped starting, I called expecting the deal to be cancelled but instead a deal was offered to take some money off the value. I was happy with that as it made my life easier. I just wanted to say that its rare nowadays that a company suprises with service and delivers on promises and they have done that 110%

I inquired to buy a scooter off Motor Bikes for all over the phone and was pressured to agreed a deal an to pay a deposit to pay £600+ my bike in part exchange a total of £1,600. I was also promised an e.mail the following day. I was told they had sent me a message and even confirmed my e.mail address was correct. I sent them a message through auto traders informing them that I wanted to pay the cash price of £1,600 as agreed verbally with the salesman Tom. The dealership deny all receipt of a message from Autotrader a fact I will query them with and insisted on the full £1,790 for the scooter which was £190 above the valuation we agreed albeit verbally. When I finally got through to the dealership by sending them a text as they never responded to any other form of contact they reneiged on the agreed negotiated price for £1600 and have kept my deposit. My advice is to think very carefully about believing any verbal agreement and be very careful submitting them a deposit.
