If like me you've suffered from showrooms and dealerships with annoyingly pushy sales teams then Motor Class will come as a refreshing change. We were able to inspect a fabulous range of quality vehicles without any pressure from the sales team. But when we needed information they were available and friendly. The Sales Executive eventually arranged my test drive and processed my purchase with friendly professionalism. I don't normally write reviews but when given this level of service I feel I owe it to Motor Class to encourage others to see what they have to offer before deciding on their next vehicle.

Motorclasss in the worst company in the world!!! Went to the dealership two weeks ago to purchase a car, left a £500 deposit and they agreed terms. Took them 5 days to get back to me to see if I have been accepted, said I got accepted, but for double the monthly payments - 1st lie. As I told them I cannot afford anything more expensive I will not be going ahead with the purchase. They told me they would send me my deposit within 24 hours - 2nd lie. I then rang them every single day for two weeks for them to keep fobbing me off saying “it will be in your account within the hour” 2 weeks later they finally passed my number to the manager who then had the CHEEK to ask me for a bank statement to confirm I had paid a deposit!!!!!! Finally, 2 weeks later I have my deposit back. Absolute joke of a company, would dread to think if I did purchase the car how they would try and con me. Will be making sure none of my friends go to these con artists !!!!!!

I was introduced to Steve at Motorclass who brought the car to the showroom and let me take the car out for a drive, time was no problem and i was able to inspect the car at my leisure. Steve was courteous, polite and helpful at all times.
