I am having issues with the heating in the car not working, apart from that everything else is fine. The customer service was great, it was a quick process which I was pleased about, very much a in and out service and for that reason I'll give 5 stars.

I have never received such a high level of service from a dealership before. Even main dealerships have not been as impressive as Motorology. They went out of their way to stay open after hours for me and never rushed me into making a decision. After I bought my car, they followed up to make sure everything was going well and that I was still happy with my purchase. I have never been to a dealership that cares so much about its customers. I have already been looking on their website for more vehicles, and I would happily buy from them again. I would also recommend them to anyone who asks. They truly are one of the best dealership around.

The Volvo I purchased has been smashing so far, had one issue but nothing that was of major concern. The service at Motorology was just brilliant, 10 out of 10! They brought the car down to me, on a sunday, and they even let me test drive to make sure I was happy before leaving it with me, some top customer service. I would highly recommend!

I purchased from here a few months ago, since that time I haven't had any issues with the vehicle. I am still very pleased with it. The service was quick, I remember the staff being informative and able to answer any questions I had. There was no pressure or pushiness from anyone, they did a great job!

I had a good experience overall with Motorology. The team was friendly, helpful, and made the buying process easy. After the purchase, I did have a few issues with the car which I’ve since sorted myself. I understand these things can sometimes be missed, so I don’t hold it against the dealership. Overall, I’m happy with the service and experience, but the car issues are the reason I’ve given three stars instead of a higher rating.
