Everything was spot on with the customer care I received from the sales agent at Motortrust, he was such a gentlemen. So easy to get on with and his knowledge about the car was superb. My VW Tiguan is brilliant, I love it. Motortrust come highly recommended from me and I will be certain to return to this dealer when i'm ready to buy my next car.

Having seen the car advertised online through Autotrader with Motortrust UK, I gave them a call and arranged to visit them in Preston to look at the car and take it for a test drive. When I arrived, I went into their office, and I was greeted by one of their salesmen. I'm sorry I am terrible at remembering names, but he was such a top guy, super helpful, and friendly. I felt under no pressure at any time; the test drive went so well that I went back and signed all the paperwork, and I was driving away in my Fiesta in no time. It was that simple. I'm very chuffed with my new car!

From making the initial inquiry to Motortrust to the handover, Mark was absolutely brilliant. He was polite, had great communication skills, and had good knowledge about the cars he was selling. I gave Mark a solid five for the customer service while purchasing my Jag from him. 

After doing a good search online for the car I wanted, I eventually managed to find one with Motortrust, which is located in Preston. On visiting the dealership, I was met by one of their friendly sales executives, who really went out of his way to help me. His warm smile and laid-back approach made me feel comfortable in his presence and it gave me the confidence to buy my car from him. If I could rate these higher than five stars, I would, because they are certainly worthy of it.
