The experience has been ok so far - I'm still getting used to the car as I haven't done many miles yet. The sales staff were very supportive and helpful. Easy 5 stars.

The experience was ok. I did ask if the check was AA approved and they said yes but yet I haven't seen a report for my car. They also said the car comes with an MOT and service but a week later the brake fluid and the service light was showing. The staff were great though, they do whatever you ask for despite them being pretty busy. I'd give them 3 stars.

Not realy happy with Purchase. While purchase says sound is comes from the breaks. Doesn' care. Sound enhanced within 40miles run of purchase. Next day have to go to garage and speand time for repairs. Says Inspected by AA 128 inspection. Charged from customer and nothing works from that. Had to spend one week to collect after pay advance. Can not recommend... Service is poor.

Getting on fine with the car, there's been no real issues so far. Took it back once due to a squeak and a few other small things, but everything was sorted quickly and they were really helpful. Joe was amazing throughout — very helpful and easy to deal with. This was my first time buying here and I’d never dealt with them before, but overall it was a good experience.

Other than not receiving my £100 refund from MotorTrust UK that I've been waiting 6 weeks for, everything else has been okay. I did call Jason today who advised me that it will be in my account this Friday, so we will see. Everything else with my experience has been great and the sales process was fine to be fair. This was my first time visiting the dealership and I'm happy with my car.

4* because things that I was told would be in place and would be sorted when I would collect the car were not. They got sorted in the end but I had to wait around for a while. Jason was grand, though, and I didn't have any other problems, he even offered me a test drive if I wanted one.

Absolutely brilliant. Mark was very helpful when I was at the dealership, as I was under a lot of stress from my previous car breaking down. He made sure I got what I was looking for, and for that reason, I would give it 5 stars and would 100% return. We travelled a good distance, and we would not hesitate to do so again.
