I'm really enjoying my car, and the service was excellent – I can’t fault them. The car did take a little while to be ready, but overall, it was a really good experience with MotorTrust the whole process went smoothly.

The experience has been alright. I had to take the car back to get a few bits sorted and they did sort it out to be fair. I dealt with Aidan on the day and he was great. 4 out of 5.

I'd give it a 4 star. As there was some initial problems as the cables didn't arrive with the car, and the servicing paper work also wasn't all there on arrival, however both issues were sorted quite fast. I just wish I didn't have those initial problems.

Peter helped us with the sale of the car,everything was smooth up until he went for holiday and we struggled to get proper communication for when we were to receive delivery of the car.It eventually came and everything is good.We love the car

It was a nice experience. The service was really good. There was no pressure to buy, they were relaxed and let me get on with it. One downside was that if my salesperson wasn't available, no one else could help and I'd have to wait for my salesperson to call back which wasn't ideal. I then had to keep chasing them for answers because sometimes my calls weren't returned.

The service I have received from the team at MotorTrust UK Bury has been spot on and I have no complaints at all! The sales team were really helpful and gave some top quality assistance while I was buying the car. I did have an issue with the car but there was no delay in getting the car in to get this sorted and I am very happy with the help I have had from them.
