Took time to explain things properly, gave good advice and absolutely did not have a 'hard sell' or pressurised approach, which i really appreciated. He had a great rapport with myself as a customer, was easy to talk to and came across as friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This was my first time using Motortrust, I was looking for a car and decided to check out the Kia they had. Rizwan was a top guy. Helpful and helped as much as he can. Tried his level best explaining about the car. I have a 3yr gearbox and engine warranty which captivated me more to go with them. Quick process to get the deal agreed but then the car needed preparation for a couple of days.

Experience was good, no worries, no problems. They did what they said they will do, no issues. Motortrust passed the MOT first time around unlike other dealerships I've used. Kal was spot on.

Just saw the car online and it looked a good deal. Rizwan, was lovely. kept me in the loop as I was persistent in giving them calls regards the repairs that needed doing. Took them a week to fix it but since having the car I’ve had no issues at all. I would recommend to others.

My experience was acceptable. I reserved the car and delayed the collection but the guys were fine with it. I found it easy and straightforward. Cars fine but I’m actually waiting to receive a part from Motortrust so need to chase that up but Aidan dealt with me throughout the whole time, he was a good car salesperson.

I’d been there three or four times before looking round and couldn’t find anything I wanted. I saw the car in the showroom and I liked the car, the colour so went for it. Aidan was really helpful, really good. Helped me with a lot and went above and beyond. I've already recommended them to others. He organised it for me to collect as soon as possible within a few days to collection and the car was valeted but there was a mark on the inside but they sorted it.

Very good experience with the dealership. They looked after me, gave me the time and space I needed to make a decision, gave me a good price and helped sort the paperwork out. Andrew was knowledgeable and friendly. Quick process for me.
