It was alright, I had to wait for the car, should have been on Friday but it wasn't ready until Monday. When I got there for the viewing it took them about 45 minute to find the car and then. Currently I’m waiting for documents for the Ford battery recall on the Kuga. The customer service was fine, they offered us a drink and all that while we waited. Hopefully next time they know where they keep their cars and keep them charged next time, 3/5 stars

The car seemed good for the price. On the day I came to purchase the car, I experienced a few minor issues with the vehicle on the test drive but it could’ve blown after the 120-point check. They managed to take the vehicle to a garage to get the headlight bulb fixed so it was all sorted in the end. Other then that, Tom was a smashing salesman, nice fella.

5 Not being "salesmanned" was a huge bonus. Being able to browse freely but then promptly helped when requested. Everything was described accurately and honestly.

Jason was helpful, he even gave me suggested routes during my test drive. I was quite impressed with Motortrust, the range of vehicles available and even the after-sales service. I’ve had a few issues with the car but Jason I dealt with is going to have a look at it for me. So far it’s been sound, no issues.

The customer service was amazing, very straight forward and easy smooth process. Tom who I dealt with was great, very helpful. Overall, it worked out great!

4 - good service

My experience with MotorTrust was good and quick and I am happy with the Audi. I seen the car on an ad and it was perfect for me. Kieran was quite good with it. he was just really quick, when I picked up the car it was clean. Easy going a good five stars.
