Spot-on customer service from the whole MotorTrust team. There was no messing about; it was an easy process. No hassling, just straight to the point. Everything had been cleaned and valeted for me. I would recommend them to others.

I am very happy with the Golf from MotorTrust. I have had no major concerns since purchasing it in January. I felt the customer service was great, and they have a fantastic team. I did call after purchasing the car regarding a second key, and they mentioned on the phone that they would call me back to let me know how much it would cost to get one cut. However, I never received a call back, which was disappointing as I felt the customer service had been really good up to that point. But overall, I am really happy with the car and the initial sales team, who were friendly and provided a pleasant experience for me.

I purchased a seat Leon from MotorTrust back in January, I have no complaints the car has been running great and we have been enjoying it. The staff at MotorTrust really looked after us and made the whole process an easy one. I will definitely be returning in the future. I did have to wait a little while for my log book to come but I did get it eventually and everything else was perfect.

I purchased a BMW from MotorTrust a few months ago. I haven't had any issues with the vehicle and have done a fair amount of long trips in it. It is a great car. When I picked it up, it had all been prepared and cleaned for me and looked immaculate. It was such a quick process with MotorTrust, I think the deal was done within 10-15 minutes. All the guys were helpful and made the whole process easy. I would recommend.

We were looking for a new family car, after having a Nissan Qashqai previously we went for the Nissan X-Trail. Myself and the whole family are really enjoying it, it is a great car and we haven't had any problems. The guys at MotorTrust were great, very accommodating to us as we had travelled down from Scotland they made sure we were happy with the car and really made the whole experience easy.

Looking online for a car as ours had failed MOT that day - found our ideal car with Motortrust, booked an appointment to view that night and were super impressed with the friendly service. The car was perfect and we drove away happy. Waited a few weeks to review in case the car developed any faults but all good so far. Would recommend!

My experience is 5, why? First of all this car is perfect, I like it very much. secondly nice service when booking the car, and when buying it.
