I bought it in advance and drove 4 hours to pick it up - it was ready to go, nice and clean when I got there. There is a slight issue with the brakes though which I need to speak to them about and also the tracking, Really good service and very nice cars!

No issues with the vehicle, I am still really happy with it, Thomas was super helpful and professional, and there was another member of the staff that I also spoke to and he was equally as polite. I noticed that all the staff were knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about which definitely puts confidence in you while purchasing a car. I feel it could have been valetted a little better, as there was some cobwebs on the parcel shelf. However the overall experience I cannot knock. Would go back again.

The service from MotorTrust was 1st class, it went as smoothly as I would have hoped for, and everyone I dealt with was perfect. So far since delivery, the car is driving absolutely fine.

Twice now we have dealt with Morgan when buying from Motortrust. They are a really nice guy who explains everything you need to know, no problems with the customer service they provide. We are very happy with our new vehicle, it is running like a dream, and after a dealership service and a long trip, there are no problems to report.

When collecting my new car from Motortrust there was an issue with the washers, which I felt could have been sorted out before the purchase, but now everything is good with the vehicle, and I am happy with the service.

Purchased a Mini from the team at Garstang, and so far everything is fine with the car. The service was good as well, although I did have to go back for the agreed work to be done.

This is my first time owning an electric vehicle but not my first time shopping with MotorTrust. I come back because the team are always really easy to get along with, and I'm always happy with the service. I had an issue with the 12 vault battery when I first got it but they sorted it out.

So far so good with my Honda Civic! I use it for work out and about, so I reckon I've already put 1500 miles on the clock since getting it back in June and it's going well. Thomas was a great salesman and I couldn't fault him. I thought he explained everything clearly, the process was easy and he was very friendly to deal with. A good experience all round.
