Got the Vauxhall Mokka for my daughter after seeing it on Autotrader, I went to Motortrust and sorted everything out for her. Mark who sold us the car was nice, he wasn’t pushy and he assisted us in what we needed. When we first got it was only on the road for about a week and it had a leak on the water pump, it was hard to get it sorted at first, but once we spoke to someone and liaised with them, we managed to get it sorted, Mark was waiting and he got it sorted the next day. They seem genuine enough.

Was buying a car and he chose the BMW 4 series of Motortrust's website. We decided to go to Motortrust because we know the owner of the site well, I’ve dealt with him on many occasions, we probably have brought 5/6 cars from him. After originally speaking to the owner he then push us onto Ben who we spoke to and did the paperwork with was fine, he gave us everything we wanted and got everything sorted. I have recommended in the past.

Decided to go to Motortrust because it was so nice and everyone was so nice. I am getting on great with my Jaguar I-Pace just having a slight issue with the user manual not downloading off my emails, I have been in contact with Motortrust over this, but I am yet to hear back. I was specifically looking for a Jaguar because I love them, in my previous one the petrol lines had gone funny, my friend has an electric one, so I thought lets go get an electric one. Everyone on the day was just so nice.

I have been getting on very good with my Vauxhall Vivaro, I was specifically looking for this type of Van. The customer service at Motortrust was excellent, Tom was excellent. There was a slight delay with the van due to it coming from somewhere else, but they kept in touch with me. They took the bulkhead out for me as I had asked, they did all the AA checks, they had the brake pads done. I can't complain at all it was excellent service.

I’ve been looking for a car for quiet some time and I have been really indecisive about which one I wanted to buy, however in the end I chose an Audi TT, and they had one in stock at Motortrust. Tom who I dealt with on the day there was perfectly fine I has messed him about a bit unfortunately because I had to take a train up to go get the car and I had missed the train twice, but he was fine.

I went to Motortrust because they had the car that I wanted in stock that I was looking for, I have just got a new puppy so was looking for a bigger car to be able to fit 2 dogs into the boot of. Spoke to Mark who was good I had spoken to him when he worked in Preston, was nice to see a familiar face.

Getting on great with my Land Rover Discovery from Motortrust, I had a few issues at the beginning with a sensor, but we sorted it out. I went there because I have already been there and got a car from there a couple of years ago, so I used them again. Aiden and Morgan were perfect. They don’t pressure you, let me have a look around which I love. There was no pressure at all.

Saw the Volkswagen Tiguan on Autotrader, I wanted a car that was local to me as I am not driving 200 miles to go and see it. I was specifically looking for the Tiguan which was affordable. I spoke to Tom beforehand, he rang me on the day and had emailed me a couple of times to keep me informed. When I got there, he greeted me straight away and sat me down. He went through everything with me and it was fantastic there. Would buy from them again.

I live locally to Motortrust so when it come to buying a new car I went on the website to have a look and saw the BMW, I wasn’t specifically looking for a BMW. Morgan was very good he was polite. If I was going to purchase a new car I would consider going back.
