I’ve always been a lover of Volvo. Saw the car on line and went for a test drive. Staff were nice. Joe dealt with me, he was cool. Overall, i'm very pleased with the car and happy with the service.

Love everything about the car, especially it being automatic. They had a few automatics on offer and picked one. I saw them on Autotrader, test drove and got it. Morgan was amazing, he was so good and chirpy. Gave me time and we test drove a few different cars.

I went to Motortrust as I couldn’t find anything like the spec I wanted to be fair and took the car for a test drive. staff were alright. Joe dealt with me. They have a fair few motors to choose from and we settled on a 5 series. We came back few weeks later after deciding what we wanted. I had a fault after we bought it and they fixed it no questions asked.

Service was brilliant, very happy with it. Car was ready when they said it would be. One thing, I didn’t pick up the spare key and service history but I got a call from the MD and he said it would be posted out to me. I got what I felt was a pretty reasonable deal and price, it's very positive. Joe was very good, polite, knowledgeable.

MotorTrust had the car I was looking for. When I called them, Kork was extremely helpful and kept in contact with me throughout. I bought it remotely and he made the whole process very easy for me. Collection was about a week and a half intentionally on my part and they didn’t have a problem with it. No issues when delivered.. Slight breakdown in communication with some paperwork but it all got rectified. The driver Steve was good aswell.

Spot on with the car. I found it on Autotrader and it was the best on price. Only issue I had was the car needed a wheel bearing and Motortrust paid for it. I dealt with Mark, he was spot on. I was a really quick process and the car was ready on the day of collection.

Just drove past and saw it and thought i'd have a look. Staff were good. Ben helped me. I would recommend them.

It's going fantastic with the Peugeot. I was looking online at a few vehicles. As I was passing on the day, we popped in. They looked a decent dealership and I had looked at their reviews. We dealt with Thomas. He was open, straight, honest, friendly, comfortable to talk to and knew his stuff. Didn’t feel pressured. He was ringing me in the lead up to collection and kept me in the loop then we came back ten days later to collect and swap cars over. I would recommend them without a shadow of a doubt.

I bought the Range Rover Sport because I've owned several before, and that's the model I wanted. Apart from needing the air conditioning regassed, I love the car and it's been great. Tom was okay to deal with, and I didn't have any issues with the purchase itself. Overall, everything at Motor Trust was fine. The only issue I had was with the DVLA paperwork after I sold my previous vehicle. I had to contact Motor Trust because the change of keeper hadn't been processed, which delayed my refund. Once I got in touch, they looked into it, and it was sorted. Apart from that, I had no problems at all, and overall I was happy with the service.

Went to see the car i eventually bought it's was wet so didn't see the dent that cost me 220 pounds to have fixed and I asked them to sort it which yhey turned round and said its a 2021 plate it will have dents in it. So not happy about the attitude of a member of their staff won't mention his name
