I’ve been looking for a car for quiet some time and I have been really indecisive about which one I wanted to buy, however in the end I chose an Audi TT, and they had one in stock at Motortrust. Tom who I dealt with on the day there was perfectly fine I has messed him about a bit unfortunately because I had to take a train up to go get the car and I had missed the train twice, but he was fine.

I went to Motortrust because they had the car that I wanted in stock that I was looking for, I have just got a new puppy so was looking for a bigger car to be able to fit 2 dogs into the boot of. Spoke to Mark who was good I had spoken to him when he worked in Preston, was nice to see a familiar face.

Getting on great with my Land Rover Discovery from Motortrust, I had a few issues at the beginning with a sensor, but we sorted it out. I went there because I have already been there and got a car from there a couple of years ago, so I used them again. Aiden and Morgan were perfect. They don’t pressure you, let me have a look around which I love. There was no pressure at all.

Saw the Volkswagen Tiguan on Autotrader, I wanted a car that was local to me as I am not driving 200 miles to go and see it. I was specifically looking for the Tiguan which was affordable. I spoke to Tom beforehand, he rang me on the day and had emailed me a couple of times to keep me informed. When I got there, he greeted me straight away and sat me down. He went through everything with me and it was fantastic there. Would buy from them again.

I live locally to Motortrust so when it come to buying a new car I went on the website to have a look and saw the BMW, I wasn’t specifically looking for a BMW. Morgan was very good he was polite. If I was going to purchase a new car I would consider going back.

Chose to buy my Volkswagen Tiguan from Motortrust after seeing it on Autotrader, it looked like a good deal, when I went down the numbers worked out and everything. On the day I spoke to Morgan who was amazing to be honest, very helpful, very knowledgeable. He also got everything that I wanted done, he knew the car needed a service and he got it done. Morgan was a great smiley, bubbly chappy lad to be honest and it was nice to have that kind of interaction with him because some salespeople aren’t as friendly. There was one thing that was slightly missed and I would’ve liked it to have been done but that’s my only negative however, when I contacted Morgan he picked up and even got straight back to me to get me booked in. It felt like a very family friendly atmosphere.

Saw the Peugeot on the AA online. My experience at Motortrust has been brilliant. Morgan, the salesperson that I dealt with on the day, was brilliant. I didn’t feel overfaced by the sales tactics and I was left to it. I had a slight issue however it was resolved promptly. I cannot fault them.

My Peugeot that I got from Motortrust is great, we were looking to replace our Toyota Hilux with something smaller, newish and low miles, so we went to the showroom to have a look, as it is only like two miles from my house. Morgan was good, however I am still waiting on some mats that he said he was getting for me. That being said though I would purchase from them again.
