Cars been spot on so far, Thomas was really good, knew what he was talking about, answered all my questions. Decent experience with them. The process wa s a quick as it could be, I have a busy work schedule so it was just finding the time to pick it up but it was all ready for when arranged, no faff at all. I would recommend.

We ended up turning up a bit late as our maps kept taking us the wrong way, however when we got there Thomas didn't rush us, he even insisted that we still do a test drive and didn't make us feel rushed at all. We had to come back a week later to collect just as we don't live too close and were busy with work, however in that week they did a fresh MOT on the car for us which we are really grateful for. It has out our minds at ease and we are really happy with how the whole process went.

Purchased from here a couple of months ago, had no issues at all, everything is perfect! I have given the car a good test I'd say and it has held up on its end. Customer service again I'd have to say perfect no issues at all. I had such a good experience with Motortrust that I actually went back to the dealership with my daughter for her to get her second vehicle, that again was a smooth process, we've had no issues with her car so would definitely recommend them as a dealership.

When we first got the car the mirror fell off, but we've got that fixed now so that's fine. This is the 2nd time we've used Motortrust in Garstang as we returned the 1st car we'd bought from them. We hadn't even done 3,000 miles in it and we lost about £4,000 which we weren't happy about, but we've just changed it for another. The service was better 2nd time around. They were alright but I think the financial loss has put us off using them again though to be honest. Based on that we can't score them higher than a 3 out of 5.

All good with the service I received at Motortrust, there has been a little delay in getting my V5 which I am going to contact them about. But that said Kork, the salesman was friendly and talked through everything with me. The Kia was actually for my partner and its running perfect, all has been brilliant so I'm going to give you 5 stars!

Would give a 4 rating. Very happy with the car but had a tyre sensor issue in first week of receiving car. My only other comment would be that I was asked to pay for a car, in full, that I hadn't seen, to boost month end figures. I felt very nervous about doing that & didn't pay till I collected. Appreciate sales are important to the business but it did make me feel a bit pressured.

My wife was looking for cars online when she came across 2 cars at MotorTrust. When we went to view them, we both got to test drive the car and decided on the Corsa in the end. We got to drive away the same day, which is exactly what we were looking for, and the documentation was straightforward.

Other than a slightly delayed wait time for me to receive my car and an issue with the battery, it was all good other than that, and now that the battery has been sorted, I have been enjoying the car and Callum at Motor trust was good as well.

Morgan at the dealership answered all the questions I had and gave me all the information that I needed, and the car I bought has been running well. I'd give it 5 out of 5.

I am very pleased with the Dacia Sandero Stepway. Ben was the salesman, and he was very helpful. All in all, a good experience.
