I originally saw the Audi A4 on Autotrader as I was looking for something similar. The chap at Motortrust was very good, I was really impressed with the whole setup as it was made easy. Morgan was great he responded really quickly to me, he was relaxed, professional, and helpful. I don’t enjoy buying cars because it's not much fun, but he made it straightforward and made the process easy.

Motortrust Garstang’s customer service was really good, they were very helpful. On the day I spoke with Aiden, he was great, spot on. He was super nice and super helpful and just easy to deal with, they were prompt and organised. I’ve been to other dealers before, and you know there's just lots of waiting around and time wasting and stuff. It didn't feel like that. There was no messing about it felt smooth and easy.

I saw the Mitsubishi Outlander on the internet and went to Motortrust. I think on the day I dealt with the manager himself, he was fine, he made the whole experience easy enough to deal with, very much just like buying a car there was no sort of downside to it.

I went to Motortrust to buy a car for my son, he had seen the Vauxhall Mokka online. My experience while I was there was absolutely fine; I spoke to a young lad called Morgan, who was brilliant. He made sure that all the bits that my son had asked for had been ordered, he made it very easy to deal with and the service has been absolutely wonderful. This is the second time going back to Motortrust Garstang, I will definitely go back when I need a new car!

I would rate the overall experience as a 5, I do have a couple of things to sort out with Motortrust but I haven't contacted them yet because of our current circumstances so can't hold that against them. The purchase of our new car was very smooth and trouble free
