I went with my son to purchase his first car. We are quite local to the dealership, but it was the first time I had used them. I came across the car online and went to view it with him in person. There were a few small things I noticed that weren’t shown online. However, we were still happy with the car. The customer service was great and very quick. We weren't waiting around, and any questions we had were answered. We did have to take the car back to get the air conditioning fixed. However, they booked us in straight away without any issues, and the turnaround was very quick. All in all, it was a positive experience and my son is very happy with the car.

Purchased from Motortrust for the 2nd time and so far the car is perfect. I dealt with Tom who was excellent, I really can't fault them. I would definitely look to recommend them to others and come back again if I need another car.

The staff were quite good and It's a great car. The only thing I'd change is they were slow to get back to us when the second key was ready, but apart from that everything was great.

Thanks for great service and additional unexpected things like paying for a years tax, two new front tyres, brakes, service and extending the 6 month MOT to 12 months. Really happy will definitely go back for our next car.

It was a fantastic initial experience but then I realised that the tyres aren't run flats, there's no jack, no spare key and no spare tyre either. I called the delivery driver and told him what was missing and he said he would get it sorted. I then called Motortrust back a few days later and they just said they don't give out spare tyres which wasn't great. I also wanted to buy extras such as a roof rack but the salesman put me off the idea by saying we could buy them cheaper elsewhere. The car is running a dream - it's the perfect colour I love it. I'll have to give them 4 stars though because of the missing items.

I originally looked at the Lancaster branch as I live there, but I couldn’t find the car I wanted. Then I looked on the website at the Garstang branch and found the exact Polo I wanted. I took it for a good long drive recently and it was great. The car was spotless and very well presented when I went to collect it.

Andy was very welcoming when I visited the Garstang branch and while I was enquiring about the Seat, he helped me out a lot. The only thing I've noticed since having the car is that it doesn't have an engine cover, but otherwise, I'm happy with it.

Kork was very good - he helped me with everything and he's a good salesman. The car had an issue though which I had to sort out myself and Motortrust reimbursed me to be fair. The process was pretty quick too. I'd give them 4 stars.

I came across Motortrust when I was looking on Auto Trader for a car. I was not sure which car I wanted, but I decided on a BMW 1 Series, which I am really happy with. I have been enjoying it and Andy was really good.
