The Skoda Scala is all good, we brought it for our company and the driver using it has not had any issues after collecting it.

The 1 Series is spot on! The whole experience was really smooth, I didn’t have to think about much. The 1 series seems like a good deal, there weren’t many cars up here, so I had a look down the road and for what I got, I think I got a good deal. I travelled down from the top of Scotland, when I got down to Motortrust in Garstang the 1 Series was ready to rumble and we went back up the road.

Joe was exceptional, when different finance companies we tried failed, he kept trying until we got a breakthrough. Others would have just given up and say, I can’t do this, come back later and all that, but he did his best. Motortrust treated me the best out of all of dealers I’ve spoken to. Joe really gave me time, he listened to me and he was patient with me and everything. I’m so happy I got the Qashqai, I would rate them 6 stars if I could.

It’s the second time I’ve brought from Thomas at Motortrust, the first car I brought was also a VW polo. The Polos were perfect. Well, we mostly dealt with Thomas, but anytime we went in and we spoke to any of the other ones, they're all very friendly, and you don't feel pressured at all. I kind of judge people by the question, would you buy a car from him? When you’re at Motortrust you don't feel under any pressure. you can take the cars out and you can try them.

Ben the salesman was very helpful, he wasn’t push and make the whole experience hassle less. When we went to look at the car he let us look at it and just told us about it. He wasn’t like a typical salesman that just tries to sell you anything. He was honest and looked after us. We have a business and we’re after picking up a few bits, I did say to ben that we’d probably get in touch if anything crops up we'll deal with him because he was very good.

I love the A5 its great, I’m quite happy with it, I’ve had no troubles in the 6 weeks I’ve had it so far. I spoke with Mark at the Motortrust in Garstang, he did everything he said he was gonna do. He refurbished the wheels for me, he got it MOTed, put a new tire on and got a service done. Overall he was a canny bloke. The highlight of my experience was driving the car away because when I initially went to see it, the wheels were all scuffed and it was a horrible rainy day. I still went ahead and bought it. And when I went to pick it up, he said he'd have it all spruced up and nice. When I went to pick it up the wheels were done and the car was valeted inside and out.

The Discovery Sport has been ok, there’s a couple of little things with it. I wasn’t expecting to be going back and forth to the mechanic so soon. So the first time there was a check engine light they cleared it for me, but it came back. Then the check engine light came back on, the car had run out of AdBlue and they topped it up for me. The car has now developed an issue with the front sensor for lane assist, I’ve got it booked in with the dealership in a couple of weeks to get it sorted. They are quite good, and they are quite easy to communicate with and easy to reach out to. They were able to walk me through everything and then listen to your concern as well, making the experience not stressful. They were really good with communication, and they were really good with trying to make sure that all the issues didn’t come up. I can’t fault them for the issues at all.

Motortrust Garstang are pretty local to me, so I was aware of them, and I've looked at cars there before, but not bought, but friends of ours have. We knew what we were doing going to the dealership. It’s a busy dealership so there was a bit of waiting around, the sales team were great when you got to see them, no doubts about it.

The Polo is alright, however there was just a problem with the rear right taillight. It was replaced it, but it was the wrong one, but they've sorted it now but it took a month. Other than that my overall experience at the Motortrust in Garstang and with Ben was very good.
