My experience was great, the man that dealt with me was fine. There was something wrong with the timing chain so It's currently getting fixed and MotorTrust are getting it sorted for me. I would rate them a five as we were back a week later to buy another car! I would recommend

Was looking on Facebook for cars when it came up. I rang up about it while I was at work and the following day I went down for a test drive. The salesperson Tom wasn’t pushy at all and he was very helpful.

Our new Hyundai Ioniq is wonderful, it's really good, and the staff were excellent at the garage - full of praise for them, everything we could have asked for. Mark, the manager, was very nice and all the staff were lovely. I would rate them a 6 out of 5 and we have told everyone to go to MotorTrust! Couldn't have wished for a better experience. And when we need to change this one, I hope not for a while, but we'll definitely be back.

The salesman that I dealt with at Motortrust was a young lad called Ben and the boss there were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, the boss was very understanding with me being in Edinburgh, they got everything prepared and the car was transported to me. They did all the paperwork, it was a smooth transition and to be honest it was really easy which is a testament to the boys because they’ve done their job beautifully. As garages go it’s one of the best that I’ve dealt with. the chaps were understanding you know when I presented the problem of me being up in Edinburgh they took it in their stride, which goes to show that these guys are excellent at what they do. I’m glad I dealt with them to be honest.

I probably couldn't point out one thing in in in particular but just as a whole, they're really helpful. My salesperson was great. It's a family run business, so they have really nice people. I think I'll be going back to them when I'm ready for my next car.
