I cannot give Nathan enough praise at the dealership. He went above and beyond, even coming in on his day off as I was travelling down from Scotland and it was the only day I could go in. That alone shows the level of customer care he provides. It was fabulous, he really knows his job. The paperwork was quick and straightforward because he knows exactly what he is doing.

The Mercedes B Class I purchased in July has been perfect. I did a long journey a few weekends ago and got 78 miles to the gallon, which I was very happy with. Andy at the Garstang branch answered all of my queries and was spot on. Highly recommend.

Positive experience, I have no complaints. It was a very quick process. I turned up and took the car for a test drive. I felt the test drive wasn’t too short. I got enough time to really get a feel for the car and didn’t feel rushed into buying. The car was valeted when I took it home and so far I haven’t had any issues with it. A nice five-star experience.

Kork was very helpful and accommodating to both me and my wife who are disabled, I could tell the dealership is very customer focused. We went in and took the car for a test drive, signed a bit of paperwork and we were on our way. A very quick yet pleasant experience, I would highly recommend.

Got a Tesla from Motortrust recently, very pleased with the car, i wouldn't go back to anything other than electric now, it is such a great drive. Very quick service at the dealership, the car was cleaned and prepared. I am still waiting for my V5 to come through which is a bit frustrating as it has been almost 6 weeks, however everything else has been good.
