I just looked locally at two places near me and they had the car I wanted. The salesman Morgan was perfect. I felt it was a very quick process. The dealership gave the car a service but it was just an oil change, they told me it would be a full service, and it had an mot. I went back a week later to collect. It was missing floor mats which I was a little annoyed at. Spoke to them but didn’t get a reply so replaced then myself. I had the car for a week but the fuel gauge wasn’t working. The car went back to a garage in Blackpool they sent me to and the dealer covered the cost of repair. It was just frustrating. They sorted it very quickly and covered the cost so I cant complain on that but it was just the fuss. But other than that, they were absolutely fine.

I’ve always been a lover of Volvo. Saw the car on line and went for a test drive. Staff were nice. Joe dealt with me, he was cool. Overall, i'm very pleased with the car and happy with the service.

Happy with my Lexus, no problems. The car popped up on their website which was a good enough site and they had the car I wanted. I took the car for a test drive. The salesman Thomas was very accommodating, nice guy. Not pushy and wasn’t pushing insurance too much. I got price I wanted for my car and the process took couple of days. Probably use again if got right car. Only negative, they said they would do a deep clean but didn’t actually do it so gave four stars but I would recommend them to others, the seemed very good.

Love everything about the car, especially it being automatic. They had a few automatics on offer and picked one. I saw them on Autotrader, test drove and got it. Morgan was amazing, he was so good and chirpy. Gave me time and we test drove a few different cars.

brilliant service excellent and helpful

I went to Motortrust as I couldn’t find anything like the spec I wanted to be fair and took the car for a test drive. staff were alright. Joe dealt with me. They have a fair few motors to choose from and we settled on a 5 series. We came back few weeks later after deciding what we wanted. I had a fault after we bought it and they fixed it no questions asked.

Service was brilliant, very happy with it. Car was ready when they said it would be. One thing, I didn’t pick up the spare key and service history but I got a call from the MD and he said it would be posted out to me. I got what I felt was a pretty reasonable deal and price, it's very positive. Joe was very good, polite, knowledgeable.

I saw the advert on Autotrader then went onto their website. Good communication. Thomas was brilliant. Even before I went to see the car, he sent pictures and videos on whatsapp. Their customer service stood out to me. Not much to complain about. 100% would use again.

MotorTrust had the car I was looking for. When I called them, Kork was extremely helpful and kept in contact with me throughout. I bought it remotely and he made the whole process very easy for me. Collection was about a week and a half intentionally on my part and they didn’t have a problem with it. No issues when delivered.. Slight breakdown in communication with some paperwork but it all got rectified. The driver Steve was good aswell.

Spot on with the car. I found it on Autotrader and it was the best on price. Only issue I had was the car needed a wheel bearing and Motortrust paid for it. I dealt with Mark, he was spot on. I was a really quick process and the car was ready on the day of collection.
