I bought the Range Rover Sport because I've owned several before, and that's the model I wanted. Apart from needing the air conditioning regassed, I love the car and it's been great. Tom was okay to deal with, and I didn't have any issues with the purchase itself. Overall, everything at Motor Trust was fine. The only issue I had was with the DVLA paperwork after I sold my previous vehicle. I had to contact Motor Trust because the change of keeper hadn't been processed, which delayed my refund. Once I got in touch, they looked into it, and it was sorted. Apart from that, I had no problems at all, and overall I was happy with the service.

The dealership were good and Mark was Grand. I did have some trouble with the Nissan Navara shortly after I bought it when it went into limp mode, but to be fair they sorted that out with no problem. Since then I've had the DPF light come back on a few times. I paid to have it regenerated myself because it's difficult for me to make calls during the day with my job underground. The light has stayed off for now, so fingers crossed we're good to go.

The Toyota Yaris has been okay, although I was promised a new battery, but as it was holding its charge, they just charged it up. But other than that, Thomas was okay, and I'd still give it four out of five stars.

Tom was amazing. Honest and down to earth. Every member of staff we came into contact with was really friendly and helpful. Didn't go in for the hard sell, left us to make our decision with no pressure at all. We will be back in a few years when the next car needs changing.

I cannot fault the dealership or salesman Morgan one bit for how I was treated during the purchasing process of my car, I felt valued and they had all the time for me and didn’t rush me at all and were pleasant to deal with and my purchasing experience was excellent. Unfortunately as soon as I handed them my money this service disappeared and I received almost no service, and what I did was terrible. Immediately after getting home I noticed one key wasn’t working so I went to change the battery to find out someone had been in the key PCB before trying to fix it unsuccessfully. I notified Morgan and he ignored me for 3 days, I sent a chaser and he then replied basically saying they don’t care. I sent a message back and even now 6 weeks later he’s never even opened the message. I eventually called and spoke with his manager who just said I must be wrong remembering Morgan tell me it came with 2 keys and they had no obligation to test the second key even if they did tell me about it so I’m stuck on my own. I accepted that I wasn’t going to get the key repaired by them but at least wanted some form of apology from them for being ignored but couldn’t even get that. Secondly, we agreed a piece of interior trim needed replacing and they didn’t get the part in time for when I picked up the car so they told me they’d post it to me. Now over 6 weeks later and every time I’ve asked I’ve just been told it’s not come yet. I find it hard to believe JLR would have a backlog of over 6 weeks in a part considering the Jaguar part of JLR haven’t produced a car in 18 months, so plenty of time to be making parts for their cars. I’ve not even seen any sort of order confirmation to prove they’ve bought the car. Really quite disappointed because when I bought the car I thought I’d found a dealership I’d happily go back and buy more cars from, and recommend other people go there too, but now I can’t help but find myself warning others not to go there
