I was browsing google when I saw the Volkswagen Tiguan, this is a car I was specifically looking for however I had a limited budget, I was looking for a new car for around 5 months due to having such specific requirements. I am still getting used to the car as I have gone from a 2012 model to a 2023 model with all fancy sensors. My only issue with Motortrust is they could use some signage as it was hard to know where I was going and I had to stand there looking like a lost soul waiting for someone to ask for help. Overall though the sales process was good.

Everything with the MG from Motortrust is great. Only had a slight issue with them not sending out clips that we needed for the parcel shelf, and when I messaged the salesperson I was told he had actually left the company, he had also put the wrong name on the driver’s log which was a bit frustrating. Apart from that I had a really really great experience at Motortrust and I would recommend.

My experience at Motortrust was absolutely fantastic! After seeing an advert on Facebook I decided to go to the closest one to me. It wasn’t the vehicle I was particularly looking at but when I’ve seen it, I wanted it! Since getting the car the ownership hasn't been changed which means I'm getting letters about taxing it. However on the day I spoke to Mark who was brilliant, really down to earth and went out of his way to get all the people involved and tell me about their experience with electric cars.

We went to Motortrust Garstang after seeing the Honda Jazz on Autotrader. While we were at Motortrust there was no kind of traditional feeling that you’re getting pressured into buying a car, we were talked through the whole process. We spoke to Thomas who was very helpful, made us feel at ease, we didn’t feel like we weren’t getting any of the information, it was all very clear and we were very comfortable with him.

My Volkswagen T-ROC is great. I love it! After finding it on Autotrader I went to Motortrust. Tom who I spoke to wasn’t pushy, he was super easy, very friendly and helped me out with any questions I had, when he wasn’t sure he would look it up and genuinely get back to me, but equally he wasn’t phoning me to push.

I wasn’t specifically looking for the Kia Sportage I was looking for something that was in the SUV style, then I came across one on Autotrader from Motortrust and its great. Dealt with Thomas he was down to earth and friendly.

Great service and offer on vehicle. We had a few issues before we could part ex and after. Aidan Heath was excellent and resolved all issues for us.

Car was presented in good, clean condition considering the age of vehicle, excellent car.

I originally saw the Audi A4 on Autotrader as I was looking for something similar. The chap at Motortrust was very good, I was really impressed with the whole setup as it was made easy. Morgan was great he responded really quickly to me, he was relaxed, professional, and helpful. I don’t enjoy buying cars because it's not much fun, but he made it straightforward and made the process easy.

My partner had purchased a car from Motortrust Garstang a few weeks prior to me getting mine. We thought the service was efficient and the team were very friendly, it was very clean and tidy and the cars were all well presented. Spoke to Morgan, who was a really nice guy and he kept me informed. Overall good experience.
