Jake and his colleagues at in Haslingden were a pleasant lot, they sorted everything for me. The Volvo only came with one key, I’m not sure if that’s normal. There’s an error coming up on the dashboard, they have booked the car in for me. Otherwise, the XC40 has been good and I’d happily recommend the dealership.

Very disappointed with this dealership, contacted them regarding issues with my car to no response. Having paid over £16000 I’m upset by the lack of customer care. Also the warranty is hardly worth the paper it’s written on!

There were a few issues with the finance company as we couldn’t sign the documents on our phones however, MotorTrust and Tom were really helpful and did all they could to help us out and get it resolved. Tom was great.
