Andy was really good. He didn’t hound us when we went to look at the car. We initially didn’t go in to view the Range Rover Evoque, but something else. When we initially bought the car, we did not realise how much work was needed. We had to wait about three weeks in the end, everything that needed to be replaced was done, and the car has been mostly alright. I cannot fault MotorTrust and Tom as throughout the process they have been really good at getting back to us. they have done all they could to get the issues resolved for us.

My experience with MotorTrust Haslingden has been excellent! The Mercedes C-Class has been great. When I got the car from them, the bumper needed some repairs, and they booked it into a body shop straight away and got it sorted. After a couple of days, I realised the suspension was broken. I contacted them, and they asked me to book it into a local shop for repairs, and they refunded me the cost of the repairs. Overall, dealing with Chris and MotorTrust has been excellent. When I’m changing cars, I will not go anywhere else.

Great staff, easy process to purchase the vehicle. Would recommend to others if buying a car in future. Very happy with the car purchased. Very happy with everyone we spoke to, great selection of cars, well presented- which is often a deciding factor if I am going to purchase a car somewhere. Well priced cars too, felt like I was getting a fair price. The staff were helpful and made the process easy. Enjoying the car i have now and glad I purchased it.

I wasn't specifically looking for the Volvo V40, but it was an off the cuff visit with my daughter. I saw it, took it for a spin and bought it. It really was as simple as that. I think Chris was the person I dealt with, and the customer service was great.
