A few things weren't clear in the sale - I purchased a warranty but I haven't received documentation for it yet so I'm not sure of the details. The service was good though and the staff were very helpful. We had to call a few times afterwards regarding the features of the car, and they were really helpful and happy to help. 4 star review.

My new Mercedes A Class has been really good. I was happy with the customer service on the day. There was a scratch on the side of the car, but I am returning to the dealership to have it sorted. They booked me in quickly, although it was difficult to get in touch with them. For that reason, I would give it 4 stars.

I have been enjoying the Audi A3 that I purchased in August. Aidan was the salesman who helped me throughout the process and answered all my questions. I would 100% recommend him to others.

The buying side of things was spot on, they were transparent and got me sorted out. I'm still waiting on the paperwork pack such as V5, service book and spare key though. The car is spot on I can't fault it at all.

I've done quite a few miles in the car so far - it's very good with petrol and I'm loving it. All of the staff were really nice, helpful and laid back - no pressure to buy either and I'd 100% recommend them to anyone.

We dealt with Aidan who was really friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the car though so they gave us a courtesy car and then got the car fixed in about a week. The initial customer service was great, it's just the issues with the car which has knocked the score down.

I wanted a Mini Clubman and found this one at MotorTrust so decided to travel a 300+ mile round trip to get it, and I'm glad we did. We wanted to bring it back the same day which they were able to arrange which was great. I dealt with Ben on the day who was brilliant. It was a very good experience and we will buy from them in the future if needed.

I originally wanted a different car to the one I have now. However, there were some issues with it and I was advised not to take it. Aiden was really helpful. He went through all the other options with me and helped pick out the best car for my needs. I am pleased with the one I chose and thankful for Aiden's help. I came back a week later to pick up the vehicle and it was all prepared and valeted for me when I arrived. Overall, it has been a good experience.
