Ben was great, he made me feel welcome throughout the process. I have had a couple of issues with the Focus however, MotorTrust have been working with me to get them sorted. Overall, the service was good, and nothing was too much hassle.

My wife loves the Q2, she’s the one that drives it. I dealt with Nathan during the sale and a lady took over to transfer the keys and finish up the paper work, I believe her name was Emily. MotorTrust’s Lancaster branch has been really good! Nathan had a bit of knowledge and was a nice kid. He was respectful and explained the 3 year warranty well, he gave me a good understanding of what it entailed and explained himself very well. Overall it was a nice and pleasant service. When I had an issue with the back windscreen wiper jet they said to just bring it in and they’ll sort it, no qualms or anything.

The whole process was pretty smooth and Chad was really helpful. The Tesla is fine, not had any real issues with it or nothing that the dealership could control anyway.

Buying the Peugeot from Motor Trust was superb, and it’s been running like a dream. I love it and it’s a brilliant drive. Paul’s customer service was absolutely superb, and he was easy to communicate with. When a spanner light came on after I drove away, I took the car back a couple of days later, and it was sorted within ten minutes. They were great, and everything was good. I was certainly treated well.
