I purchased multiple cars from Motortrust in the past and it has always been a brilliant experience. Everything really, I was satisfied with and the selection was brilliant.

The Honda Civic turned out to be the one for me really. The service wasn’t great at the start if I’m being honest however it improved. The condition of the vehicle at the beginning could have been better but we kept in contact appropriately to ensure all work was being done accordingly.

Motortrust seemed to have quite a range of cars there which was convenient. I did have to wait a couple more days than expected but other than that it was okay. The customer service was mostly average.

My Audi Q5 has been fine so far, I quite fancied that model. Staff were okay just I feel like the wheels could’ve been done and had the breaks checked. This did all get resolved in the end, however.

The Audi TT is brilliant; the car is nicer to what I expected to be honest. They got everything sorted for me and I was dealt within 30 minutes! They deserve the highest rating simply due to Chad who communicated with me very generously, the only text he would send would be a reminder for the deposit due date. Complete opposite to some of my past experiences. 👌🏻

No complaints regarding my Vauxhall Corsa, had the specifications I was after. The process with Motortrust was pretty quick.

I bought a bmw 3 series from motortrust and my salesperson was Connor. I had a brilliant experience. I had minor concerns about the vehicle which where all noted on a walkaround after my test drive. I was then told they'll be fixed in a week and I can come back to test drive once again before commiting to the purchase. Needles to say everything was addressed and im now the proud owner of a three series!

I have always had decent cars with high power hence why I chose the BMW M135. The car had the specification I was after and Nathan’s service was sound, gave me everything I needed to know. He kept me reassured throughout the process as the car had a scratch on the bumper, but Nathan kept me informed that I could take it back whenever to get it sorted.

The process with Motortrust was swift and easy to make arrangements for finance. The Renault Arkana is my second automatic now and it’s an easy drive compared to my previous manual. Overall impressed with the low mileage!
