We bought from Mount Vernon Motors for the first time in January this year. The customer service is first class. Each member of staff goes out of his/her way to make customers feel welcome and valued. Because it’s family run they go out of their way to make sure little things are taken care of e.g. they picked us up from the train station when we came to collect the car. We had a couple of wee problems with the car both of which were dealt with immediately and efficiently and under warranty. We can’t recommend them too highly

I recently purchased a DS DS3 from Mount Vernon, it was for my son, it is his first car. We have been out in as he is learning to drive and it is a lovely car, it is a smooth drive and fuel efficient. It was the first time I had been to Mount vernon, all the staff were helpful and got us sorted out quickly. I can't fault them at all so a full 5 stars from me. I would recommend.

5, the purchase was easy and the staff when we collected the car were very friendly. We drove from Aberdeen to pick up the car and when the guy who was organising the car realised this he gave us money to put fuel in the car. It was a lovely gesture and we really appreciated it. I will likely buy my next car from them too as they were reliable. Thank you.😊

Absolutely brilliant dealership! This was my first time going to Mount Vernon, I found them online after looking for a different dealership as I was having some issues with one I was originally going to. The guys were so patient and helped me out were they could. I am really happy with my Evoque that I got, i have been out here and there in it and it is a great car. I would definitely recommend this dealership, they aren't pushy, they are helpful and they made the whole experience a pleasant one. I would go back again.

Experience has been great I also had a bit of trouble with engine light coming on and got me booked in to get it looked at and all fixed for me. Did have it there 4 2 weeks as the man didn't show up the first time to sort it but it wasn't much of an issue at all. Good experience over all everyone was very kind and helpful! The man, I can't remember his name sorry, who sold me the car also filled up the tank for me as I live a couple hours away from Glasgow which was a nice touch. 5/5

Great service. When I went to have a look at the car they let me go myself have a look around for a bit myself which was good. Did notice the alloys had been all scraped spoke to them about it said they would get them fixed for me collecting the car and they did. Car was perfect when I picked it up.

I was honestly gutted when I found out the car I originally wanted had been sold before I got there, so I was really grateful that the team at Mount Vernon Motors held the Ford Fiesta for me – especially since there were other people interested!
