So far so good with the Jaguar E-Pace I have purchased I haven't done much mileage as of yet, but everything seems to be okay. As far as customer service goes from Mount Vernon I would give them 5 stars!

I came across Mount Vernon on CarGurus, for my first time using them I am very pleased. The car was exactly as described and pictured, nothing had been hidden from me. The staff stood out just for how kind they were, they helped if I needed yet weren't pushy on the sale. I am of course very happy with the car it has been great.

I can't remember the name of the gentleman who sold me the car at the dealership, however he was very helpful throughout and all the staff seemed that way as well. The whole experience was quick, and everything has been fine with the Evoque I purchased.

Service was amazing, the staff were professional yet friendly, I felt accommodated to the offered me a drink and helped with anything I needed. Car is lovely, not had any problems with it. I would rate the dealership and staff a 5 and would recommend them.

Recently purchased a lovely low mileage Jaguar E Pace from Mount Vernon Motors. Absolute pleasure to deal with the company from start to finish. No fuss and a more than fair deal arranged without any pressure whatsoever. This is a friendly family run business who clearly understand the importance of proper customer service. They stock a good selection of well prepared, quality used vehicles so well worth a look. The premises are conveniently located in the east end of Glasgow with access to the M74 literally around the corner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to family and friends and it’s highly likely I will return for future car purchases.
