I’m not a buyer, neither have I ever stepped foot in the premises.. However I run a garage in leeds where a customer from this dealership had a failure of its cam chain (can happen any time to anyone). Usually a dealership wants the car back to inspect, instead these chaps went over and beyond, allowed the car to be repaired by my garage here in leads for the customer after looking at our reviews, paid straight away and was more concerned with how his customer was, feeling and there welfare more than the huge bill that no doubt removed a trace of his profit. I’ve worked as a sales manager for car dealerships all over the world, and never have I experienced a dealership actually put the customer first (shock I know) but these chaps do. What a company, it’s a shame they’re not closer as to be honest, I would recommend them to the world if your looking for a car to buy and to have a personal service where someone actually cares about what they’re selling, and the after service they provide. What was wrong with the car they sold was unavoidable, a one in a million, but it happened, within a short time, it was repaired as new and back to the customer, the dealership paying more instead of having it transported back, in order to make sure the customer was the number one priority. One last thing, technically they could have fought that what failed was a wear and tear item and the devastation it caused was a result of that, they didn’t. If I wasn’t in the trade myself, I would 100% make the travel from where I am to buy from them. Anybody can buy a car, it’s the company, and finding a good one that’s the key, and I dare say this is a hidden gem.

What an excellent dealership! The whole process was very smooth. Dealt with Matt initially, and on picking up the car up, we were so impressed that it was even lovelier than the pictures. I did have some unfortunate issues with the car a few weeks later, but Mike did an amazing job of covering the costs, and looked after me so well. I was very impressed by Matt's straightforward, honest approach to selling me the Honda Jazz. l recognised it was very good value straight away so was a little suspicious as to why such a good car, with low mileage, full service history, and nearly a full year MOT, was such a reasonable price. However, it became clear that everything was in order, and that refreshingly, in this dog eat dog world, MP Motors offer genuinely honest , reasonably priced service....lower prices than all the other similar models l had looked at elsewhere. l would recommend MP Motors as a top rate car dealership with great communication and advice.....5* everything 😁
