Bought my first car from MP cars a few months ago and was pleased with the service at the time. The process was really quick and both Mike and Matt were knowledgeable and put my mind at ease, answering any questions that I had. I recently had an issue with the car which they fixed immediately. I rang to let them know and they picked my car up within a couple of hours, got it fixed, and returned it to my door. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would recommend to anybody looking for a reliable and decent car dealer!

They was brilliant to deal with from start to finish, very accommodating and professional. I didn’t feel pressured during the sales process, and was able to test drive on my own. Car was as described, very clean and they took the time to answer all my questions. Have not had any issues with the car, I’m very happy with my purchase. Really lovely people here, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone else looking.

I purchased a used Mazda 6 vehicle from Mike at M P Cars Northwest. The vehicle was well presented, valeted supplied with 2 keys & brand new battery, all documentation was present . I was very pleased with the transaction and Mike was a pleasure to deal with. Just under 2 years and 30,000 of commuting later the battery failed so I called Mike on the off chance the battery may still be under warranty from his supplier. When I called Mike was overseas on holiday but he answered my call, confirmed the battery (yuasa) was still under warranty and from his remote location he arranged for a new battery to be supplied same day at no cost. Wow ! Astounding dedication to customer service. I have no hesitation what do ever in giving unquestionable 5* all round. I wish all dealers were like this. I spent £1500 to buy the car but I was treated better than some dealers where their clients have spent 10x more.
