I bought a Dacia Logan back in September from MP Cars Northwest. Low mileage, easy to drive. Mileage advertised as 55k, was actually 56k, no big deal, though I like accuracy. I was a little put off by the fact it didn't have any tax, which is why I didn't take it for a test drive (have now realised if it's on trade plates, it's fine for it not to be taxed on a test drive). However I checked it over, ran the engine and it looked absolutely fine, apart from the 2 front tyres which Matt replaced for me (good ones too) at no extra charge. He also took care of all the paperwork and part exchanged my old car. He also was very helpful when I realised I had left my phone charging cable in my old car minutes after I drove away! Lovely non-pushy car dealer. I've had the Logan for just over a month now, and no issue whatsoever. Very happy with my purchase.

Spoke with Matt to arrange a viewing of a vehicle. He was accommodating and even called me back. The vehicle was as described and after a successful test drive and conversation with Matt. I bought the car. I would recommend this dealer, from my experience with them.

Matt let me come and view the vehicle at his house as this was closer to where I live. Offered me first refusals even though he had an enquiry from a customer who would have paid a deposit that morning. Car was excellent and he was super honest through. Would recommend and return.

Had a 3 hour round trip to buy a car from this garage and I would do it again tomorrow if I needed. The service from the beginning was amazing. Easy to contact, kept in touch throughout. Due to no fault of M.P. cars. The car I bought had a mechanical fault within the first month of purchase. I informed this business of what had happened and they did not hesitate to help me. After a few problems with warranty, the company helped me get my car back on the road. The garage where my car got repaired even said how helpful Mike was on the phone and you don’t usually get that from car dealers. In summary: I would 1000% recommend M.P. cars and will happily go back for any future vehicles I need. They couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. Thank you so much.
